Good service. Very good gluten free waffles. Clean tables and restrooms. Overall, a very good IHOP.
Good food, and fast service for a Sunday morning around noon. We were seated right away and drinks and hot coffee followed. The server was great and had a lot of fun. Food was excellent!
Our server was nice enough, but a group of rowdy kids sat next to us. The servers refused to address the issue because their family is in "management" at the restaurant. We were told we'd get a free meal for the kids if we ordered 2 adult entrees, only after getting the check were we told that it has to be from a certain menu. Meanwhile the same rowdy kids were brought out a lot of free meals from "management". We'll be finding a different IHOP/diner in the future.
I got an omelet and some ingredients were missing. Our server passed by our table a few times without looking at us when we were trying to get their attention, it was not very busy. One of the employees had earbuds in while walking around the dining room. I understand it's not the most exciting job, nor is it a fancy restaurant. Work ethic should be important ni matter where you are.
Good food and friendly service. It was a good dining experience. Will eat there again.
Sent my eggs back twice. My Dad and I ordered breakfast. Eggs over medium. Eggs were so runny couldn't eat them. The manager argued with me about medium eggs. My Dad's Eggs were fine he also ordered medium. Poor service. I will never eat hereagain.
Best place to get breakfast. Good prices, great food! But most importantly the service is top notch
Place was dirty as evidenced by tons of food and paper on the floor. Restaurant appeared to be terribly understaffed and the ones that were there seemed to care less. Long wait to get seated. Food quality was definitely subpar. Sausage tasted worse than I had in boot camp and was not edible. Never again, I'll go to Cracker Barrel or Dennys.
Note: Place closes at 10pm. My gf and I arrived between 9:10-9:20. We left before it hit 10.TLDR: Waitress was nice. Hostess/Manager was not.There was no other customers there and the staff was just sitting around in the lobby. I'm assuming it was the manager who addressed us first and stated, "Let's make this quick" and walked us to our table.She was hurrying our waitress to get our order asap because they were to be closing soon. The lady who sat us got impatient and came and took our order herself.The waitress kept making sure we were good. Drinks refilled too.Food came out really fast.You could hear how displeased the lady who sat us sounded. The negativity was very much, and not needed.
Food Was Good When They Finally Got It Right. Staff Slow Down & Focus On Quality Not Quantity!Write Down Your Orders& All Food Needs To Be Hot!!!! Period.....We Love You IHOP But This Must Be A Focus
