Not going to lie, I was a bit disappointed at this visit. I don’t visit drive throughs often, but have had good experiences with the Freddy’s in Raytown. Granted I arrived after driving for 4 hours, and arrived 18 minutes before closing. Nonetheless I was put off by the sheer annoyance of the person taking order/in drive through. No kindness, thanks or casual pleasantries. Just basically what do you want, do you want a sauce, and here is your food. Then the fries I got were cold and more or less just thrown in the bag. I literally drove across the street to eat and they were ice cold…. But didn’t want to drive back and they be closed. The burger was fine. Just not the pleasant experience I’m accustomed to…. I know employees want to go home, but I shouldn’t be treated as an annoyance when I chose Freddy’s over other options. Perhaps this isn’t indicative of all their overall service, but they can do better. If you want to be better and different than other nearby competitors, then be better and different.

Freddy’s is generally awesome. But this location we had a bad experience with. We ordered food to take home (about 20 min away). They put the receipt in the bag instead of handing it to us, and when we got home and looked at it they had charged us for a Drink and fries that we never got (and didn’t order).

Great burgers with even better fries and I really can not resist their custard! When I was there the service was fast friendly and the place was clean!

I placed an order through the app and they forgot the fry sauce and they got both of the burgers wrong. They gave us plain cheeseburgers with nothing on it when we specified what we wanted on them. When we went back up there to fix the issue they said there was nothing they could do about it. They said the order was through doordash even thought I ordered through the freddy’s app.

First time I've been here kind of reminds me of Steak and Shake! The food is good and quick and the service was really good!

Closest to in n out I can get, unfortunately their online menu removed the single California steak burger so now all I like here is their chili cheese fries... Unfortunately they never give you fry sauce on to go/delivery so...Food is a five star, restaurant issues brings it down to a 4.

Good food. The person taking orders at the drive through was difficult to understand. She talked to fast and her word ran together. My order was correct, however.

This place was just okay. We went to support my friends daughter who teaches kids with Autism. They were doing a fundraiser to raise awareness for Autism, so YES! I'm glad Freddy's gets involved with community outreach! As far as the food, it's a spinoff of Steak n Shake with a much smaller menu. And the service is nowhere near as personal as Steak n Shake has always been. Yet the prices are every bit as high, if not higher than Steak n Shake before they tried to complete and came out with their $4 menu which killed that long time national favorite. The upside may be that they serve custard as opposed to ice cream (?) but we didn't stick around for shake's. We were actually a bit more concerned that even though we were eat in customers, not only did we have to pick up our orders at a window, but then they only allowed 2 ketchup packets per order! There were 3 of us, one with a LG onion rings and 2 with LG fries! Also, NO salt or pepper! WHAT???

Order 329First off, customer service is not at all what I was under the impression that Freddy’s expects. The person in the drive thru was rude and unwelcoming. Asking for fry sauce seemed to be a major inconvenience for this team member.Every item on our order was messed up in some fashion. The concretes tasted good, but one of the cups was popped and dripped all over my friend and my car. They had no pecans in them, and were either over mixed or made with hot fudge instead of cold fudge (or both.)My chili cheese fries were stuffed into a burger box which spilled all over the bag, myself, and my car. I also asked for onions, but that wasn’t on the receipt, so that circles back to a customer service issue. (The drive thru team member didn’t read back my order and nothing appeared on the screen, so I had to trust she got it right). My patty melt was missing grilled onions, the patties were over cooked and didn’t have any seasoning at all. I only took one bite, it was nasty.I was really hoping to leave a 5 star review, especially because I helped open this store, but everything honestly sucked.

Normally this place is a amazing. My fiancé and I came in around 2:20pm on 1/29/22 and this place was awful. Every single table was dirty so we had to get our food to go because there was no where to sit. The floor was so dirty as soon as we walked in and all over the entire building looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. It was gross. We got up to the counter and a young girl was stocking the ice cream toppings and pulled down her mask and ate a gummy worm in front of everyone and then kept touching her face with her gloves. When we went to get a drink the sweet tea was out so we had asked someone at the counter where you pick up your food if they had any sweet tea back there because it was out up front. He filled up the cup and when he handed it back the cup was gross and we had to clean it off because of dirty gloves. This makes me never want to return to this location.
