Most of the bad reviews on here are from spoon feds 100%, you can tell by how they explain what happened and how small the issues are that they complain about. It’s fast food people! Understaffed, bad management, stoner employees, but at the end of the day your going to take your 300lb tooshie and hit the drive thru again so why are you even complaining? don’t try to cap ? #stopfastfoodhate
I’m not one to complain but this deserved it. Me and my girlfriend pulled in and were excited to see only 1 car in line. After waiting 45 minutes for them to give the people in front of us 2 milkshakes they bring out our food immediately. Both fry boxes were half full and not cooked. The fries were completely cold and soggy. I will not be returning to this location again. The service was also rather rude.
Great food but they just switched to these "compost straws" that quite literally cannot withstand the compression of the hole in their cup lids so they split along the sides making it impossible to drink anything without soda getting all over your cup.Would be 5 stars but these are by far the worst straws I have ever seen. Would prefer paper to this cause at least those last a few minutes. These don't even last one sip. They break as you put them in the cup.
I've been wanting to try this burger joint. Love the crispy flat grill burger with mustard, pickle and onion (3 of my favorite condiments) with shoe string fries and chocolate shake. All were a great combination. There are no Freddy's near where I live, but I'll definitely be back.
First time I visited this location I will be back. The burger was hit and juicy. The employees were even friendly. I don’t mind the high prices when the food and service makes up for it. Good job
Fresddy's has great burgers and hot dogs. Best hot dog around. The onion rings have that really nice batter like a funnel cake. Fries are shoe string and very good too. They are worth a visit!
I hardly ever write a review. However the horrible experience tonight needs to be addressed. First I once was a manager at Freddy's so I know how things should run.My health took a sever decline so I work 18 hours a week with uber.I went to pick up a uber eats order at the Freddy's tonight and was appalled.The signs stated for delivery drivers to go inside, I tried, the doors were locked. Okay thats fine. I went to the drive though, waited 35 min ( only 3 cars including me on line) to then be CUSSED at and told that i am supposed to vome inside. I explained that the doors are locked and I tried calling but no one answered the phone. I was rudly told to pull up. My order was then given to another person. It took 25 minutes to remake the order. Then I had to ask for the drink. The staff was also eating in few of customers, which is a big no! . They did not allow me to check the order. I was told by my customer that the order was wrong upon delivery. THIS NEEDS FIXED. IT HAS BEEN REPORTED TO UBER AS WELL
Freddy's is fantastic! The food is delicious! My favorite burger joint! Their burgers and hotdogs are great! Love their fries and seasoning.The restaurant has a really cool style and the tables are clean. Good parking and the drive through is fast.
My kids really love this place. Up until recently I have as well despite the kinda pricey options for fast food. We were very accustomed to getting really fresh food here but lately the drive through has been awful for the wait time and the cold and likely old chicken and fries. Hopefully it was just a fluke through the holidays. We really did like eating there. I guess if you have the extra time, order your food made fresh at the speaker when you order to get around it.
They were busy, yet super friendly. Front door was locked so we went through drive through. Burgers were good, fries were cold (we ate in their parking lot, so right away). Before we left they opened the doors. I don’t know if they forgot to Unlock them or had to wait for more workers got in. I would try this location again.
