Will never waste my time or money here again. Sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes just for the girl to almost break my debit card swiping it so hard and claiming it wasn’t working. Went down the street to Starbucks in and out in 5 minutes and my card worked just fine.
I’m sorry this rating can’t get any lower.What a HUGE disappointment!!Stopped in today to pick up something sweet.In the door. No greeting. I understand you are short staffed and busy. A “Hi” takes less than a second.Ordered 4 donuts.2 of them were “vanilla cream” filled.There was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING INSIDE THE DOUGHNUTS!Nothing.There was a hole where someone has punctured the pastry. All they did was make a cave. There was NOTHING in either of the two I ordered.What a shame.
I don’t know what’s going on there recently, but my God, the coffee is atrocious recently. No hate to the staff personally, but whoever be making my coffee needs to learn how to actually make it. I get the same order every time I go, a iced hazelnut coffee with cream and sugar. I try and make it simple for everyone, but they mess it up every time. Either they put no sugar and no cream, or too much sugar and too much pumps of hazelnut. I’m getting annoyed because I never know what I will get from them.Update: It’s my own fault for going back to this location, but this is ridiculous. I waited over 15 minutes in the drive through for some iced coffee and there was only 2 people in front of me. I looked when I was up at the window and there was at least 7 workers just standing around, plus one in her car smoking (which get your break girl) But I will only go back here if I have 20 minutes to kill.
I went in today for one doughnut. The lady who took my order said, "just one? I thought you'd get a dozen and was just about to put my gloves on". I had taken a moment to scan all the shelves. "Are you sure you don't want anything else. Coffee? I'm not going to charge you for that". I got two free doughnuts, which was nice, but the entire exchange was strange. Surely I'm not the only non coffee drinker who wants just one doughnut? She made such a big deal out of it, and I won't be back to this location.
Always out of stock of half the ingredients required to make the refreshers. Every single time I’ve ordered a refresher with strawberry theyre out of stock. I’m a manager at Starbucks and I know exactly how easy it is to do inventory and order the correct amount of stock. There’s no reason for this location to be living shipment to shipment barely scraping by. Learn how to correctly order your supply or don’t have the items on the menu. It’s that simple.
Stopped in to talk with the manager about a duplicate mobile order issue I had from Friday, that I wasn’t aware of until this morning. Talked with Amy. She helped me solve the problem with a satisfactory outcome. Thank you. Much appreciated!
Stale donuts and overpriced ice coffee that was supposed to be a frozen cake batter latte coffee but gave me a reg frozen cof without whip and sprinkle and chocolate drizzle 27$ for 2 coffee and a 6pk of hard doughnuts witch they didn't have any raspberry filled and that wasn't cool
I ordered a Toasted Soughdough sandwhich. Came out not toasted at all. I also ordered an iced carmel latte. No coffee at all its litterally milk and carmel. For the amount of mo ey spent you would think these two simple things would have the main part of the receipes completed. I understand some mistakes but my entire order?
Dunkin’ wasted my time, I tried to go at 5:20am on Friday and even though the door says they open at 5am, no one would answer the drive through. I tried calling and going inside and no one would answer the phone or open the door, despite the fact that there was a car parked in the back where the employees park. I haven’t been to this location in over 5 years and I can say I won’t be wasting my time or money at this place again as my time is very important to me.
Well to be honest, the breakfast was ok but when I ordered a sandwich it was kinda cold and so was the meat, my brother said the bacon wrap and cheese and the bacon was toasted, but the dessert was great so, You guys tried your best.
