Would absolutely give 0* if I could. The last 4 times I've ordered, they did the same thing they do to everyone else. Say it's gonna take awhile, proceed to ignore it and then call an hour later saying either they can't make it or it's gonna be 2 mlre hours. I won't eat dominos anywhere ever again because of it. Added to my no-go list next to jack-in-the-box.Save your time, energy, money and sanity and just order somewhere else or make it yourself.
Absolutely terrible. I will never order from this Domino's again. Will wait over 2 hours with the order in "Prep". I can't never get in contact with the store to cancel my order. One time I got through and the manager said and I quote "I cannot help it if your pizza is delivered cold". I had waited over an hour watching my pizza sit on the Tracker waiting for a driver to bring it. Never did delivery again. 0 stars.
Ordered our pizza, website says 40 min. Cool1 hr mark, still in prep stage. I decide I will call, I'm ok with waiting but get an idea of ETA so I can give kids snack to tide them over. Hold for over 10 minutes.1.5 hr try to call back. On hold again no one ever answers.2 hours, stills shows on prep, they still don't answer the phone, online support is no help. We have to go up to the store to see if they are even open. Have to walk in to deal with a very rude lady trying to check the status. Mind you the whole waiting room at this point is full of upset people telling them I don't even know when we will get to yours..They finally found our order and said, "We can put it in soon? Do you still want it"? No I wanted it 2 hours ago, 1 hour ago, 30 min ago. The fact I ordered delivery and had to drive up to the store just to see if they were even open is ridiculous. They don't even deserve the 1 star.Obviously I cancelled the order. Naturally Domino's Support: I see the order was cancelled so all must be well :)What a great way to run a business. If you don't have the staffing get more, if you can't find more.. Pay your employees more!
We ordered our pizza at 9:30 and at 10:40 we got a notification that it was canceled without any explanation and when we tried calling there was no pickup, while there website said they were still open and would be till 1am. Very displeased.
Ordered online was told 18-28 mins arrive 30 mins later and it wasn't even started. An email or an update should be a priority for a pick up order. Waiting for my refund
Pizza isn’t hot or crispy and delivery drivers aren’t friendly. They forget items and take forever on delivery’s.
Never gonna do this again! The last few times we've ordered its either been wrong, cold and late or just wrong. Tonight I decided to give it one more try... stupid move! We ordered at 7:09 and it is 8:37 now. According to the tracker it is still in prep... my email said 40-50 minutes and now I just checked online it says 89-99 minutes. I tried calling the store to either cancel or switch to carry out and was on hold for over 5 mins before I just hung up. Worst experience so far.... i should've looked at the reviews prior to ordering and wasting my money! I'll be asleep before we get our food!
Service, hours, and price are great. Quality is not bad by any means, but like most things, you get what you pay for. The Italian restaurants make better pizza but it costs twice as much and takes twice as long to bake. If I got that quality with everything else I mentioned then I'd give them 6 stars but for now I save my 5 stars for the restaurants and not fast food pizza so 4 stars is the highest they can achieve with me
ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!! 45 minutes waiting for a human. I guess you’re tired of having to remake pizzas because you screwed the original ones.
Super disappointed. Ordered pizza via delivery and it looks like someone sat in the box or something heavy was on top. Lifted the lid and and ALL of the toppings were stuck to the top. I tried to call several times and each time I was stuck on hold for over 15 minutes. We won’t even mention the food was cold and had to be reheated in order to be eaten. Today was my last time using Dominoes.
