The worst location. Pizza always comes luke warm and with no sauce and very little cheese. Not sure how you can mess up a pepperoni pizza repeatedly but they excel at it.
Recently placed an order through the app. Shortly after we received a call from this location stating they are canceling the order because it is out of their radius. We are 3 miles from the store. They gave me a number for another store. I called but the other store explained we are within the radius of the Mid Rivers store and they likely cancelled because they are short staffed. We have had many issues from this location over the years ranging from orders over 2 hours late, to burnt food. We've even had previous managers hang up on us. Everytime we have an issue we are told they will fix it, but nothing ever changes. This location has really put dominos in a bad light and I question if I will ever order from dominos again.
Pizza is good, to bad it isn't what I ordered. I had curbside delivery and I wanted to post this on store site, guess this will have to do. If I had known my pizza was wrong I wouldn't have tipped
Great customer service they couldn't fulfill my order of a breadbowl so they gave me 2 pasta tin to make up for the wait
Always courteous and helpful! Our orders are always right and Shannon, who has been our delivery driver multiple times, is fantastic. Shannon is always smiling and happy to be helping us. Thank you for always making our dinnertime great!
The food quality is spot on, Customer service is above reproach. If you want tasty pasta, pizza and a side of cheesy bread made to order SWAT Autoglass gives this location 10 out of 10 all the way around. As you can see the food is all gone. The best compliment you can give is a clean plate in this case it's an empty box. Keep up the good work we'll be back for more.
Cheap pizza the kids love. They get our order right most of the time, but when they don't (usually leave off an extra topping) they remake the pizza (and we get to keep the original pizza or they give us a credit on a future pizza. Incentive for them to get it right the first time.
The MidRivers Dominoes is the best in St. Charles County!! Not only are the employees friendly and helpful but our orders are always perfect!! The one time they were out of an item they went out of their way to make things right. We order from them on a regular basis!!
Terrible! No one answers the phone when you call. If they do answer, they’ll place you on hold and won’t come back to the phone. I ordered 2 chicken Alfredo pasta’s and both of them did not have ANY Alfredo sauce. Just DRY! Also, there was hair in my food… I want my money back..
