We have been die hard fans of Mandarin Garden since we moved here 12 years ago, and were so sad to hear of the owners health problems. We've tried a few other places since and been disappointed.We tried China Star last night and were very happy with the results. Ordering online was very easy and everything was correct. I had Shrimp with Lobster Sauce and my husband had Mongolian Chicken, along with an order of crab Rangoon. The white rice was fresh as was everything else. The only thing needed was a little salt for my shrimp. We will be back.

Love this restaurant. I moved out here in September and from the first encounter these people were like family.
Updated 6.10.22: Major difference from the previous experience. Fried rice was disgusting. All the fried appetizers were old tasting. Not sure what happened to the quality since the last time but I would not recommend.Previous review: Very close to being the best in the area. I have been searching for delicious CF in St. Peters, MO and this place is pretty good.
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience here. Delicious food, great prices, generous portions, quick preparation, excellent service, fast delivery. Our favorite Chinese in the area for sure!! No dine in option these days but carry out is worth it!

The rangoon was cold and the extra beef I ordered was little pieces!! I wanted Chinese and china king was closed!! I’m not ordering here ever again!!
