7/7/22 18:40. Very long wait in drive through, more than 20 minutes. I ordered and paid online, but cashier wanted payment. After explaining that it was prepaid, they had a puzzled look, and asked another person. I ordered two Whopper Jr.s, but got some sort of sourdough burger with completely wrong toppings. Side items were correct.
We went super late tonight and they only had 2 employees. Even while being short staffed, they still got us our food super quick. Additionally, the lady at the window was super nice and talkative and had amazing customer service. She even recommended for us to try the bbq sauce after we asked for ranch, and then gave us both to try. Didn’t catch her name, but she was great!
Never workers, when you go through the drive through they are super rude and fries are barely done. Received mozzarella sticks not cooked. Do not recommend.
Quick, accurate and delicious with awesome service. I think I spent 2 minutes from turning in to turning out. Keep it up!
Burger King is always good a great place to eat love the Whoppers and I've been eating here since 1983 good food good people you got it....
This restaurant refuses to get a single order correct. Every visit food is missing, sauce is incorrect, or just completely wrong orders. Service is never friendly. Will never go to this location again.
I want the corporate or owners number for this location, who stays taking credit cards at 8:30pm and does give their customers advanced warning before getting stuck in the drive thru because it is a single lane once you get to the order screen.
I have stopped by this location multiple times on my way home from work at 8pm. 80% of the time they are cash only, or just refusing to take card. Then sometimes I'll come by and the lights will be off but the lady is still there. I figured the lights were off cause the dining room is closed but no, she was there in the dark yelling "WERE CLOSED". Last week I had to wait a solid 30m for my order, there were 5 employees in a circle by the drive through window chatting and I had to get cold stale fries and half burnt chicken sandwiches. This is the closest place to my house. Very disappointed in the service.
Will not be back. Food was disgusting. Cheese I ordered on my sandwich was not included. Forgot to include my 2nd order of onion rings. The only soda options available were diet.
First I sat at the drive thru speaker for 9 mins. I finally pulled around. The mgr and other staff were walking around the front of the store eating pizza. When I talked to the mgr on duty she acted like it was no big deal. She actually laughed a couple of times. When I got home the Ch'king I ordered was very very old. They weren't even busy.
