Burger King's chicken nuggets are such a roll of the dice. One day, they'll be crispy on the outside, soft and steamy on the inside--practically heaven. Other days, they'll be overcooked, dried out, and hard as that lump of extra thick corn flour that you find in the bottom of a Tostitos bag. On this visit, the nuggies were a disappointment ?. The guy at the window also only gave me one sauce per bag, instead of two. I peeked in the bag, saw his error, and stared through the drive through window for quite a while until I got his attention and requested more sauces. Sure needed it for as dried out as they were.
Went through drive-thru for lunch. Wait wasn't long. Order was simple, frozen coke and Hershey pie. Was handed regular drink. Had to wait for them to correct order. Had small single bag. Opened up when got back at work, no napkins, and no fork, in bag. Would not go there if you see more than two cars in drive thru line. Thanks for leaving me hungry.
I went there to have the chicken fries for the kids and the burger for me. Where do I start let’s start with the bacon very under cooked. Kind of naste and now the burger well let’s just say McDonald’s makes a better burger that’s saying a lot. Burger wasn’t fresh seems like it was cook last hour. It was very nasty in taste and rubber feeling to it. Very much need to redo the burger in the way it taste and how it’s cook. The new chicken fries was over cook and not hot at all. So I wouldn’t recommend Burger King go to McDonald’s they care more about food quality and speed cost will be cheaper also. Not happy at all waiting on tonight for all the nasty comes out.
VERY SLOW! GO TO CHIKFILA INSTEAD! It took almost 30 minutes to get our mobile order and we were the 3rd car in line. The food was very good though! ⚠️⚠️ My daughter has a tomato allergy and they put ketchup and tomato on her burger anyways.⚠️⚠️
I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant meal. The hash browns were dried up and seemed to be from the night before. Very dark in color and gross. The sausage on the sandwich was dried out on the edges. I was able to eat about a third of the sandwich and none of the hash browns. I paid almost $9 for a meal that I had to throw away. I’m sure the people that made the meal would not eat the meal I was given. Very disappointed!
Avoid this location! Unless you like being told to pull off to the side after paying and then waiting forever to receive your ICE COLD FOOD!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. Nothing like being told to pull ahead to side of building after paying and then watching them do the same to 5 other cars. It got so bad they had people in drive thru they were telling to pull ahead that were then parking in the parking lot. Then we had to wiat over 25 mins for our food. When we finally got it, the lady could not figure out which bag of food belonged to which care because there were too many parked everywhere. Finally she figured it out and we got our ICE COLD FOOD!
I just happened to be in the area and figured I'd stop in for some food but their card reader would not read my debit card, I only had $5 cash on me and the awesome manager paid it forward with zero hesitation by paying for the rest of my meal herself.Very cool of her and I'm very thankful for the service so a big thanks to her and her staff.P.S. the food was great to...??⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five star service for sure...
I made sure that I googled this location 1st before being there just to have an employee tell me from the inside that they’re not opening up until someone else she’ shows up. Now I have to drive another 10 minutes up the road to get my kids food. Get it together Main st BK!
We went thru the drive thru. There was no line to speak of, and it moved along quickly. We got our food and immediately got back on the road, that's when we discovered the food was cold and tasteless. The burgers didn't even have the usual flame broiled taste. Very dissatisfying at end of a long day of driving.
Ordered ahead for speedy pickup. We get there and have to wait longer than 10 min for a order that was planned ahead as we watch cars in drive-thru make laps on us. Sad. I've been pointed at my job over this. I'm really upset that this is even a issue
