I was hesitant to go from reading the past reviews, but my neighbor went, and he survived, and a recent investment in a nice outdoor deck area. So off we went on a Sunday. Went in and it is a large restaurant. (like the doors!) Skyler told us to sent anywhere, she came over and took our drink order. On Sundays they offer a brunch with plenty of breakfast items. We opted for the regular menu. They have 600 Billion Beers on tap. I forgot to take any pictures. I got the Fish and Onion Rings, and my wife, the Fish and Sweet Potato fries. The fish was beer battered cod and fried to perfect golden brown, along with the onion rings. Been a while since I have had good fish! My wife loved the sweet potato fries, not sure if they have it, but a marshmallow dip would really rock along side those fries. Oh, and the coleslaw was delish. Not sure if it is homemade. The beers were cold and tasty, the place, big and clean, and Skyler the waitress was very nice! We will be back. PLUS ***Military, Veterans and First Responders get a NICE discount! BRAVO.
Great food and a huge selection of drinks! 109 beers on tap - definitely something for everyone! The owners Jimmy and Anne are so lovely and such dedicated business owners. Our company holds tons of events here, and it is always a hit. We can't stay away, that's how much we love Barrels!!
I attended a local networking luncheon here and the service and food was great. They had an efficient way of placing orders that made it simple and easy to choose what to have for lunch. I will definitely recommend them for future meetings.
Mary was our server and did a great job; we had a large group and wanted for nothing. Food was delicious and cooked properly. Will return.
The place looks looks like a great place to have a beer and some food. I was sent to go pick up some food for carry out by the wife. Her food was great my ruban sandwich spent .2 seconds on the grill cause the bread was still very soft so I did it myself. I will give it another try before too long I imagine.
Very limited “St Pats” menu when we were there. I drove over 1 hr to meet friends there. Menu online looked amazing not available. No salads available. Corned beef was terrible. Unable to chew it. 6 in our party and the only person who had a good meal had a burger.
Nice friendly place with great [email protected]
Great food drinks and music!
Fun place with a lot of choices for drinks, food is pretty good and the music entertainment was Pleasant.Update: 2/22/22I normally don't come back and put an update to a review but there was a major difference this visit. There was a group of us (40 maybe) having a party. This party has been planned for weeks. But there were only two people working the entire restaurant. Including the bar. Should have scheduled more people. If you didn't have anybody to come in, guess what the managers or even the owner needs to come in, that's what running a business is about. Food was horrible. Had to bus our own tables, get our own drinks, hand out our own food after ordering it at the bar like we were at a fastfood place and then your going to automatically add 20% to my bill? I assure you I was not the only one that felt this way.
I have good and bad feedback and feel 3 stars is appropriate for the time being. First off when we were entering we noticed cigarette butts everywhere. There is no where to dispose of them other than the ground hence the unappetizing mess. Beer selection is good which you can pull up on your phone by scanning the bar code on the menu. There was a cocktail list located on the tables. No wine list which is fine, they only have 3 or 4 wines, the basic, house wines. That said I was a bit surprised being charged $10 a glass for house wine! $6 or 7 would be more in line for this place. I had the mushroom Swiss burger which was prepared the way I asked and tasty. Asked for chips and got fries, fries were so so, tasty but soggy.Hubby got the Cajun pasta dish and said it was average, tasted good but not really Cajun and I thought for a pasta dish it was a bit of a small serving. Some nights they play games, Bingo/ 50/50, trivia. Two of these were offered and noticed both were won by employees working at the time. Just found that to be an unusual practice allowing your employees to play and looks bad when they win the pots lol. Also noticed they up-charge for using your credit card. Our server was pleasant and attentive, overall our experience was just ok but pricy for what we got. Will occasionally try them but it won’t be a regular stop for us.
