Delicious. Clean and welcoming environment. And did I mention the menu options? They are very creative with their menu items and the names of the items that they offer.
Stopped in for a quick treat and got exactly what both me and mini me wanted! Great to have an Andy's right by us!
The frozen custard is good but the service isn't great. I ordered a twist cone with sprinkles and got a plain vanilla cone. When I stated I had asked for sprinkles, I was told that they can't put the sprinkles on the cone and instead gave me a side of sprinkles. The person taking the orders and working at the window seemed annoyed by my order so we're not likely to go back anytime soon.
Tried it for the 1st time. So many choices. Getting a pint to go was easy choice.
My Husband and son love it. Sometimes waiting in a long line. But everytime we have been. Everyone is super nice and patient.
Delicious frozen custard and I’m here probably 1-4 times per month ? but today first time I had rude service here. Never said hello or the usual greeting they normally do when I came to the window. My son dropped his cup of custard so I went up to the counter to buy another one. When I went to order another one she dropped the spoon on the counter which had dry ice cream/etc on it and then put it in my son’s cup. I asked for a another cup with a new spoon (which I would of paid for but she didn’t try to charge me; probably was angry I asked for a third cup but it’s only a $1.72 so I wouldn’t have minded) and she got clearly mad just by expression, tone, body language. I told her thank you and then she slammed the door as I walked off. No you’re welcome or thank you just slammed the counters door. Other than all this usually great and welcoming service
Ice cream is great! Lots of add-ons/ins to choose from. Staff is nice.*Heads up* There's only one menu to look at before pulling up to the window to order, pay, wait and receive. If you're indecisive, look at the menu online ahead of time or take a pic of the menu to finalize your decision while in line to order.
Andy’s custard is the best around. However, the drive thru line could be more efficient. We had to wait over 30 minutes in the drive thru at 10:30pm.
busy but not crowded, line moved quickly. great products with a varied menu. Doggie treats too! A wonderful experience.
Not my thing for sure $11 for a root beer float that was mediocre at best and asked for a strawberry malt but got a strawberry sundae it was okay but not what I wanted but waited so long just took the plain ice cream with strawberry topping won’t be going back order was placed just before 4pm I give them 2 ⭐️ out of 5
