1 of the only places where the food is worth the bad customer service..Old school st.louis Chinese food..dark rice
I went to order food and I suppose the language barrier frustrated the femaleAssociate as myself and a patron struggled to understand the woman. She made a comment in her native tongue and waived me on. Poor service. I understand there are sometimes dialect issues but you shouldn't take it out on paying customers. It's cash only if you were wondering, I think I'll save my money from now on.
I don’t recommend this place, the lot is always full of trash, the parking lot can use pavement updating, greenery or plants so it can advertise as a welcoming establishment driving or walking into, it’s pretty sketchy walking into the building……The owner are rude as hell, shouting n yelling at you, they will slammed the phone in your ears after placing an order with no total giving…..Please go to Vegas Wok in the Loop they are very clean and very professional, the owners are sweet and very diverse, great hangout spot for college kids, there food is very good…..Sorry for my first ever bad review just had to share what I experienced.

I only like the rice the other stuff that I don't like the crab rack on The wonton the egg roll and the same paws I do not like but they rice is good

This elderly husband and wife that own the establishment are completely rude and have no respect on how they treat their customers,when ordering the food my mom was asking a question and the owner got frustrated and the wife had 2 step in and tell him basically to keep his cool in so many words but by that time,he had threw the number they give u for your order at my mother and walked away speaking in his native language in anger........we won't be returning!
