Self-serve food and bar is well set up for cleanliness. Staff are extremely friendly and attentive, and the space is well equipped with many types of seating.

Nice lounge with tasty sandwiches and a healthy mixed green salad in addition to the usual fare. We arrived at 12:45 PM and we're told they would be closed to Priority pass holders at 1 pm, only Lufthansa Business Class flyers would be allowed to stay. We were able to grab a quick bite. As we were leaving, we noticed there were only 4 people left in the lounge and it hadn't been crowded to begin with. I don't understand why they limit access. The service was good and the employees were friendly. Just wish we could have finished our salads.

First time visitor to Wingtips terminal C. I always thought this was a secret club but for $40 you can get a 4 hour pass. When you have a three hour layover at 8 AM this was the best deal in the airport . All the coffee you can drink, cocktails, breakfast sandwiches all included. (There is an up charge for anything other than well drinks) It was quiet ( although got much busier and louder after hour 2) and relaxing. So much better than feeing like your loitering at an airport restaurant for hours! Highly recommend!!!

Normally this lounge is nice and has its small perks. If you are Priority Pass they are now limiting you from entering if there is an Lufthansa arrival. Came today and they won’t let you in because there is an arrival over an hour from now. Place is completely empty and the employees are just standing around.

The hours are not correct or the workers are not on time. The lounge didn't open up will 7:18 am. Then once in there wasn't any food. At 7:38 they brought out yogurt. Then at 7:45 they brought out bananas and apples. If they advertise they have food they should have food when you enter. I then asked about the take away food option as i needed to catch my flight and she informed me i would have to swipe my card again and pay an additional $15 even though the lounge didn't have anything available that they advertised was available. Much lower quality than any lounge I have been in especially since they didn't have anything available and the lounge area was quite run down.

It was just okay. Clean facility, small lounge, very limited food choices of the salad bar, sandwich, nice cocktail bar.

This lounge is very underwhelming. It is by no means “upscale”. If you want somewhere away from the thrash of the airport and WiFi it’s fine. The food was very basic. Yogurt, bagels, and someBerries. If you are expecting a centurion lounge, this isn’t it. Also at nearly 10 AM the bar is not staffed. So, don’t come here with high expectations.

Joke of a lounge. Extremely limited food spread, nothing other than a few fruit, cereal and some dried out cake. No fresh food or soup or similar. On the plus side it is a nice quiet space to relax and connect to wifi and power before a flight. But it’s not great on the food side. They should have more substantial offering.

Small and average for a US domestic lounge, but service is consistently very good. Alecia (so?) goes above and beyond to make everyone happy.

Advertised as an upscale all-inclusive lounge. However they had basic sandwiches and a salad. We’ll liquors we’re included and bud light snd house wine. Anything else was an up charge. It was quiet though.
