My favorite White Castle! I also worked here for years and even now they still have many of the same employees working in management. This was the cleanest restaurant I have ever worked at. They do not play around about cleanliness and all staff cleaning their station (grill,fryer,dining room, etc) as you go and immediately after dinner & lunch rush times. They also treat their employees great and pay pretty well compared to other fast food restaurants.
Told the customers INSIDE it would be a 10 minute wait to even take the order! But the drive thru comes first? There were plenty of employees to take inside orders! No excuse!
Back in town for the week and wanted to have a fresh egg and cheese sandwich. Visited here around 6:40A.M. on a Monday and they had a long line in the drive through. The wait was rather long but thats to be expected since they cook the breakfast as its ordered, or at least that is how it used to be. So I try to take that into consideration. The lady taking the order seemed to be new or just overwhelmed. Wasn't very personable. Breakfast sandwiches were so greasy the paper sack was saturated. I wanted the strawberry banana smoothie and was told it was sold out! I was surprised it would be sold out already at 6:40A.M. This place has gone down over the years. It's sad but sign of the times. Doubt I will stop here again next time I'm in town. I will go to the one off Bowles Ave an 44.
My girlfriend and I went at the busiest time of the day and the drive thru was lined up. I went inside to order and the place was staffed with just 4 people. Still, they were all working efficiently and getting food out as quickly as possible.
Can't wrong with the bacon or sausage breakfast sandwich. This is the fastest and most courteous white castles in the st louis area
Ordered online for pickup. Every single employee was pleasant and hospitable. Inside of store is well maintained. Food order was perfect. Was there the night of 3/25/22.
They are raising the prices on everything around us, including these little bitty sandwiches; the indigestion and bloating is real after indulging in anything on the menu, the staff has always been pleasant, some of there w.c members have been there for years and it shows that the company itself must be at the least; decent. I am thankful for w.c belly bombing patties, especially since they are close to the only food establishments open late hours nowadays. 3rd shift workers appreciate things like that!
Only place open during a snow and ice storm with the friendliest drive thru worker. Very hot fresh food you can't say one bad thing about that especially under the circumstances.
This is a very busy establishment so this may not be an ongoing issue. The line moved through fairly quick, the food was fast and fresh. We didn't utilize the dining room so we can't speak to that. We did use restrooms and that's where I would give the failing grade. That day, they could use some attention whether it be extra or not I can't say but they were overdue to be cleaned and stocked. Otherwise the personel was both polite and efficient. We got our food in an acceptable time. Our experience with the restroom was the only thing we had an (issue?) with.
There was more than one hair in our cheese fries???. Our chicken rings weren't cooked long enough or were old because they weren't crispy or hot. They also just won't answer the phone at night either whenever you try to call about it.
