There used to be a lady here that was so friendly and nice. I saw many working hard. Food etc it's usually tastiness. Lady working the indoor counter was rude to most customers. We customers all just looked at each other, confirming, hmmm what is her problem? I would give a 5 but I don't like being treated rudely. All the customers that I observed were not being demanding or rude.
Went thru drive thru, waited 5 minutes than was asked to move forward, 3 cars went through as I waited another 15 minutes, went in side to check on order, guy at front counter had shirt temper at me for asking about my order. It was setting by the drive through window, ordered a 1921 Combo and 2 extra 1921's received 2 1921's and 2 regular. Not aware of price difference, plus everything was cold. Don't know how long it was ready but sat on counter and no one brought it out. If I could give them a 0 I would have. Never going back again
Sitting in the drive thru right now. Been sitting here for at least 20 minutes. Only ONE car has moved on this time. No explanations. Just sitting here forever. I could have gotten sit down and had my food by now. I think I'm going to leave.
Yeah, White Castle isn’t a “5 star” restaurant, but they did what they do on point.
Super slow at the Manchester road location. I used the drive thru tonight, about 7:30 PM . I ordered 3 doubles and a small fry. Wanted a shake but their ice cream machine was broken. My order was $8.91. Ridiculous! No one else was ahead of me in line. I waited for my food almost 10 minutes. The last time I was there was about 2 months ago and it was the same thing except I actually could get a shake. Starting the next day I was sick for 3 days and I mean really sick. Without any doubt, I got food poisoning. I have always loved White Castle and will continue eating the belly bombers but it won't be at the Manchester, Missouri location.
Tried the new burger. It was pretty good. More meat and lettuce and tomato. Would have it again. However the fries were awful. Limp, smelled and tasted like old oil. Obviously it's been awhile since it was changed.
Thought I would try something other than the fish nibblers. Chose the shrimp nibblers and it was not disappointing. Fresh and yummy. Will definitely try again.
Always takes a few min but that's no problem when your met with smiles at the window and hot breakfast. Love the bacon and jalapeños cheese breakfast sand.
Well if you like ordering drive thru cause you're in a Hurry, Getting parked because they're Busy, which is Totally Understandable, people get busy sometimes, But to Park me for almost 20 minutes, And Then Bring Me Cold Food...UNEXCEPTABLE, Gave Them One Star Because They Remembered to Put Their Uniform on Today, If they were an App they'd be Uninstalled.
Always friendly service and never an issue with anything here!! Love their Impossible sliders, too!
