This location is usually reliable for friendly service and correct orders. I haven't had a bad experience yet at all. Even when they are short handed the staff has been great!

3 weeks ago, we went to this location.It did take a while to get through the drive-thru, as inside was closed.The accuracy overall was good, but made a small error on one drink. The food was hot, even after we had to drive back to Forest Park to eat it.

Food was great but I spent 45 min in the drive thru with only 5 cars in front of me. That seems like an excessive time to wait.

It's official, the chili is no longer the best -- the product is totally different, thin, and terrible! Not only is everything more expensive, but the quality is awful. Service was slow, but acceptable. Jr cheeseburger deluxe and chili was always my reliable favorite combo and now it is really just terrible

For years this place has starved truck drivers. We can't walk in. Do not deliver here. No walk in at drive through. Lobby still closed may 22. Cooties is over everywhere else in the nation. 10 cars got their windows busted and robbed 100 yards from here.

Slowest drive thru on the planet. Took over 45 minutes to get my food (and the dine in area was closed, so it couldn’t be busy inside). Avoid at all costs for the sake of your sanity.

What a horrible experience! I ordered two breakfast sandwiches at 10:10 through their app, the app told me I had to get there by 10:22 and submit the order, which I did and they charged my card. When I get to the drive through order speaker, they knew my order.. but when I get to the window, a manager told 'breakfast is over' .. I told her all of this and she just shrugged and said 'breakfast is over' .... Then when I tried to email corporate through the app, it didn't go through twice {same with their ridiculous 'chat' option}... Tried calling sat on hold and was never put through to anyone. What a horrid system and I'm not doing anymore business with this place, ever again. Oh and their still trying to charge me for the breakfast I didn't get. what a joke!

This is a great location. The place was nice and clean and the service was good and polite. The food came out nice and hot and seemed as fresh as it could be. Overall one of the best wendys I've been to in a long time. I went during lunch time so at night it could be totally different.

Just avoid this location at all costs. It's the closest to home so against our better judgement we occasionally try again but regardless of the line, you will wait at least 20 minutes at a stand still and your order will be wrong. It's honestly shocking how rough this Wendy's is ?

I've been here several times over the past 2 months and the restaurant lobby is never open when I go. That does make the wait longer to have drive-thru as your only option; especially when you are only getting one item. Yet, the service is welcoming and courteous, which keeps you going back!
