Loved it!!!! I made a mess with my coke and my server (I didn't catch his name) was so cool about it. Food was great as always. Would return and recommend.
I walked in with 3 family members and was not seated. I went ahead and picked a booth sat down but was completely ignored by all workers. As I decided to walk out I was told by a woman working to have a nice day. Completely rude.
My husband and I walked in at 1:30am. One of the young ladies told us it's carry out only. Another young lady who appeared to be the manager said we are not taking orders right now. The other young lady asked "why"? The "manager " continued to say we are not taking orders, we are not taking orders!! WOWWAFFLE HOUSE IS OPEN 24 HOURS!!
Racist! If you’re blacked don’t go there. The entire staff ignored me and the cashier Caroleen (however it’s spelt) especially pretended like she’s Dumb! Thanks for the experience. I hope people of color leave these white places alone.
I love the scrambled eggs and hashbrowns, with biscuits and gravy!!! I'd say that's my go to meal almost every visit here, morning, noon, or night. The customer service is good here. Seems like they actually want to treat you right, with coffee or soda refills before you're completely out, or just asking if everything is okay. The prices are right, food is better than anywhere else, and they're open late at night. What more could you ask for!? Good job Waffle House!!!
The store is good as well as the food but when that over night guy Brian works, he is terrible on waiting on people and keeping the temp inside on 66 degrees. That is ridiculous. The little waitress Breanna is great. She gives really good service and is always upbeat, not negative all the time like that other one. We will only go if Breanna is there to wait on us late night.
Our waitress, Kallee, was AMAZING. Talk about the worlds greatest customer service! She was polite, efficient, and she realized her own mistake and fixed it. Great attitude as well! We made sure to tip her well as she deserves it. Thanks Kallee!!!!?
This location is usually very busy and on this particular evening, there was a line out the door shortly after we arrived. Waitstaff were way behind but the cooks were in their rhythm. D’Angelo was one of the cooks and noticed we were waiting quite a while for service, so he walked over and asked us what he could get us. He then made our orders, delivered then, and even checked us out at the end of our meal. Now that is service! The waiter thanked him for helping out, but i wanted to give a special shout- out to D’Angelo as well.
Exactly what I expected! I much needed stop for this girl who lives in the north....and misses time spent in the south!
