This is my favorite breakfast restaurant in St Louis. Small, simple menu but everything is done so well. I always get the biscuit flight and the flavors are amazing. Never had a bad meal. Great iced lattes. The owner/chef is very personable and will stop by the table and chat.
The menu was unique and wonderful including specials. Great atmosphere and fabulous service. Beautiful light in the space.
We enjoyed brunch before the matinee at The Fox Theater. The food was very good with some creative twists. Biscuits were great as were the Brussel sprouts. Good choice for brunch. We made reservations, which I recommend.
My girl and I met some friends here for brunch. It was my first time. The Brioche French Toast was amazing. She had the L.E.O. Also amazing. Great service and great food. It deserves to be in your brunch rotation.
Made a reservation here on a whim because a friend invited me to an event nearby that afternoon. I hadn't eaten out for brunch since pre-pandemonium, so it was a nice treat.I read that their biscuits are phenomenal, so I resolved to try one. I also got the L.E.O., a smoked salmon eggs Benedict on rye with caramelized onions, goat cheese, and capers. It satisfied my love of rich, savory, salty foods, and the eggs were perfectly poached. My server was wonderful. When he saw that I was dining alone, he said, "Is it just the two of us?" Which is the sweetest way of asking if someone is eating alone, and I wish I'd thought of it when I was still waiting tables. Everything came out quickly, and the staff were professional and worked together well. They provide a glass bottle of water at each table, and the water had a bit of that Mississippi River fishiness to it. I'm a lifelong Missourian and it bothers me none at all, but they may want to consider switching to filtered water, so I thought I'd mention it.Every other aspect of my meal was very enjoyable. I loved Turn and will absolutely be back.
Went to Sunday Brunch here yesterday and it was wonderful from the food to the service. Mike waited on us and he was just great (promise not to boo you?). Also meet the very attentive owner. He was walking through the tables helping and greeting everyone there. What a fascinating guy…worked as a DJ (hence the name Turn) and has worked at quite a few great restaurants. And it shows. Will be back for The Sunday Brunch the first Sunday in the month for brunch with music❤️
We came for brunch and very much enjoyed all our food. The cappuccino was excellent, as was the biscuit flight. We will be back for sure.
Great experience! Highly recommend making reservations. We visited St Louis from Michigan with our three tween/teen children and were able to get in on luck....a party of 5 was a no show for their reservation so we slid right into their spot!I didn't take pictures but the Arepa with veggie chorizo was absolutely delicious (I had an over hard egg instead of over easy). Perfect portion, layers of flavor, not too heavy.Biscuit flight also a must try.Seasonal strawberry shortcake very delicious!Hospitable staff. Cool vibe. Eclectic and on point music mix.Chef owner was circulating, greeted and thanked each table.Planning our next visit hopefully soon!
Food is delicious and great atmosphere!
