Food was delicious and great ambience. Perfect date.

Great service, good meal makes for a nice evening...

Loved the decor. Staff were all friendly. Food good and wine selection very nice. Servers seemed overworked. I'm sure it has to do with the shortage of help these days. Our steaks were cooked perfectly!!!

The Tenderloin Room was the perfect place to spend a special evening celebrating!

Wonderful place for a special evening!

We had a wonderful experience. The service was superb and the food exceeded expectations. It was with every dime!

We celebrated 2 birthdays & truly enjoyed our dinner! We had drinks at the bar & loved chatting with our bartender about the reopening of the restaurant. Our server was great & the food was wonderful!

My only issue was that I specified that it was my Wife and I's 13yr Anniversary but nothing was brought up nor any type of Congratulations of any kind. Other than that the experience was Good

We stop in for dinner at least once a month and have never been disappointed! Everything from the Smoked Old Fashion to the Ice Cream Sundae is such a treat! We had the Seafood Dip for app that had so much fresh seafood it was as filling as a meal. My husband had Salmon that was fabulous, he swears this his new favorite! I had a small fillet cooked to perfection I could have cut it with a spoon. Highly recommend The Tenderloin Room. Have never been disappointed in all the years we have been dining there! One last thing, the Chase Park Plaza bathroom is out of order close to the restaurant so had to use a different one in the Chase. I complained to Chase Park Plaza since this is their bathroom and they said they are waiting on a part that’s has been out of stock. Not sure if they were truthful in their response but seems like to me a high quality establishment like Chase Park Plaza shouldn’t have a restroom out of order, granted they have plenty others to use on first floor but just not as close.

The Tenderloin Room has been our go to restaurant for special occasions, but the last three times I have gone in the past year have been increasingly disappointing. Starting with a single cold golf ball sized hard roll then the elimination of the appetizer cart with shrimp cocktail, calamari, herring, etc., and ending with the signature dish of the tenderloin being half the size it used to be and the New York strip being half an inch thick and tough. So the quality has gone down while the prices have gone up. I'd given them the benefit of the doubt the first two visits this year...getting their feet back under them after COVID and everyone has a bad day, but three time in a row and getting worse each time means we won't be coming back.
