Been here 4 times prior which the visits were good for an over all evaluation. Every time I visit they are out of something though and this goes for pre covid and continues. We had two sandwiches, chips and two sodas which totaled $40 with a 20% tip (applied/paid when you order). *The sandwiches were very skimpy on meat and vegies, perhaps a 1/4 thick at best between both on bread. The sandwiches were by far largely bread and not close to the value of money paid. You do not even taste the type of sandwich purchased when all you taste is bread. *Also when it is lunch perhaps consider cleaning up the largest table where the workers/family sit at so customers can sit down so you can use the table to make money and not a all day break table. *If you are having trouble putting out a decent sandwich due to cost perhaps re evaluation of your menu and variety/costs of items you carry need to be looked at to help. *Staff should NOT BE standing at prep counter eating bacon either!!! Yes, we witnessed this. I sure would hate to see this neighborhood food stop close as there are not enough now. I bet if some thought was put into it the business it could even improve greatly.
A little strange to walk into a sub shop & looks like preschool as well... BUT Service was friendly & pleased with quality & taste of food. I had the turkey club & a french dip half, all was very taste & fresh!
The name is a big hint. The staff were extremely nice. There is a room filled with tanks and turtles to watch.
Nifty nautical (iteration, LOL) theme sammich stop. Fresh products used, real basil leaves during warm weather. Local owner, support local businesses.
