I LOVE Pasta House but this one is not my fave. It definitely needs work!!It smells like a barn when you walk in and they drown the salad in dressing. If you ask them to go light on the dressing you’ll get a better salad. As for the barn smell, it does concern me. I just cannot eat there.Anyone else notice this? Gimme a?if you’ve experienced the weird smell too.
I love pasta house. I usually get pasta with broccoli, a salad, ans the garlic bread. When I opened the container to check out the garlic bread my appetize disappeared after seeing a receipt hanging out. It was for a completely different person...yuck.
The Chicken Parm I ordered was not cooked well. It was a touch greasy and the chicken flattened too much. There was almost no sauce, which made the cheese overpowering.The atmosphere was what I expected, and the wait staff was very polite and accommodating, as always. I will go back, because I do enjoy the restaurant as a general rule. Chalking up to a late night (I didn't arrive until 8:15, and I did ask if they were close to breaking down the kitchen, I know how that sucks).I will re-rate upon re-visit.

The most absolutely disgusting dining experience I have ever had. The salad was literally soaking in salad dressing. In fact, there was more salad dressing than anything. My husband ordered a sandwich and regular fries. We aren't sure what they brought him. It was a sandwich and something else unidentifiable. The sandwich was so soaked in grease that we had to get him something else to eat on the way home. Do not eat there.
My gf had a salad. The lettuce was definitely not fresh. The salad was drowned in dressing. I had Joe's special roast beef. The lettuce on the hot sandwich just didn't work. It was just slimy, limp, and gross.
Got a large salad in a half full container? It's smaller than the side one ?
The 'side of pasta' (white sauce) was the worst that I have ever experienced. Far from being a sauce it was more like a white soup. I have had better at other eating establishments!
Our waitress was so friendly and the food is reasonably priced it was a very good experience I will be going back
the food just wasnt as good as it us ually is. the white pasta had an odd flavor and it wasnt garlic. the salad seemed to be missiing something like parm cheese or something in the dressing. my chicken marsala was very salty. i dont ever complain but i needed to on this one. i thought it was because they didnt hve all ther normal ingredients that they usuallly have???? or i dont know. i wont be back to this location. i usually go to so lindbergh.
