Cute cafe with supercool interior serving awesome brunch and coffee. There baristas make latte art to perfection. One of the best in St Louis MO.

This is a fun place to hang out and they have great food. You are pretty much guaranteed a wait on weekends but it's worth it. I was there about 11am on a rainy Saturday and even though we didn't have a problem getting a table, it was a 25 minute wait for our food. It's will worth it because it's so good and the time to just sit and talk is nice. The wait is because they have a lot of take out orders too, not that they're slow.

My companion and I stopped in for lunch and coffee on a rainy Sunday afternoon. The line was long but moving steadily. Once we ordered, we were given a sign and were off to find a place to sit… which was no easy task!! This place is very popular, which I love to see. There were a lot of places to sit, but we had to look around before we found a place, it was definitely crowded. We were served the coffee first, I got a hot latte with my choice of rosemary syrup added, and my companion got an iced dirty chai latte. They were both good, but nothing to knock our socks off. When the food came, it was the exact same thing. It was good, but nothing I think either of us would travel across town for.Still, the popularity of this restaurant is impressive, it looks like they are doing well, and good for them. Definitely a cool place to hang out with friends and eat decently good food with coffee on the side, in a neat part of the outskirts of the city with cool houses in the area.Last note is that amazing bathroom… One of the neatest wallpapered bathrooms I’ve ever seen !

The Mudhouse is a St. Louis brunch gem. I just visited with friends from out of town and was satisfied with every aspect of it- the atmosphere, service, and quality of the food. I highly recommend the French toast with a side order of bacon.

The English Breakfast is a crowd pleaser! It’s a perfect meal to kick off your mornings. Definitely go try it!

So amazing!! The coffee, atmosphere & food is amazing! I had the avocado toast & a coffee and it was great! Staff was friendly, a true gem in the community!!!

I’m here right now. I ordered 3 eggs over medium with an order of crispy bacon 2 pieces of sourdough toast. I got 3 eggs over crispy with well done whites and very limp see through bacon . I was told by the server that they put the bacon under a steamer and not on the grill . What ? My wife got the yogurt and granola with dried and fresh fruit. There was no dried fruit of any kind. They sent out 4 slices of orange as the fresh fruit. That was the only fruit in the place. I’m giving 3stars because they are not horrible nasty people . The attention to the details were definitely overlooked. I’m sure they will be fantastic on other days . If they can’t get certain things from their suppliers they should go to sams, Costco or restaurant depot to get what they need. This is not a restaurant chain like bob evens so they shouldn’t be bound to any supplier contracts. The people were nice the tea was good.

Nice little breakfast Cafe in St Louis.■Parking: mainly street parking■It's on the corner, once inside you'll order and be given an odd looking photo of an animal to identify your order/seat ?. The food was great, the coffee was strong, and the people that work there are pleasant indeed! If your looking for a large restaurant, this isn't it, however, it's great for catching a small breakfast/beverage, and for meeting with friends.

It’s a famous breakfast/ brunch place. We got the recommendation in our favorite food vlog on YouTube. So we decided to hit the place. It was a Saturday morning, and we had to wait for 10 minutes, as the place was fully packed. It’s a pretty hip, and cool place with a laid back environment. You can park on the street. We took our morning coffee here. The coffee was good. The breakfast was even more good. I ate the American breakfast whereas my bf took the famous mud slinger, which is pretty iconic to STL. Both the dishes were absolutely terrific. I can’t recommend more.

If there was a way to give them more stars I would!! The food was amazing and the staff was as friendly as they could be!!
