The food was amazing. The staff was awesome Judy rocks!!! Lori surprised my son for his graduation with a fried twinkies. AMAZING!!!
First time here and it was beyond expectations. Food and service were spectacular. Can’t wait to go back and try other things. They have a very extensive menu. Thanks for the great service, Debbie!

Went yesterday and sat outside on the nice patio! Debbie took great care of us! Potato skins were delish and crispy with plenty of bacon! The amount of sour cream they gave was a nice touch! My friend had a burger w/ soft cheddar and loved it. Beers were ice cold. Will def be back. Ask for Debbie! She was fantastic!!! Thanks Debbie!
We are from central Illinois. I am so happy that I chose Conrad's to eat with my children. All staff that we encountered were nice. Our waitress was great. The food came out in good time, hot, and tastes great. I highly recommend to anyone
I’ve been eating here since Highschool. So about 20 years. I called in a pickup order around 30 minutes before close. The service was great, but my med well burger was med rare at best. The chili was awful. I’ve had several cans of Chili that have been way better. The nachos had that chili. And I you get a tiny ramekin of sour cream salsa and horrible black olives and I love olives. I hate to complain because I work in the field but it was an awful experience I didn’t even eat almost half of my food. Places need to realize if you are open till whatever time that’s what time You are taking orders till and stop making bad food or giving bad service because it’s almost time to go.
I have been going to The Concord Grill several times a year for the past 6 years. I have never once had a bad experience. The food here is always outstanding. The prices are fair, the staff is friendly, and the food is fresh. Whenever old friends are in town, we always meet up here because it is so reliable while not robbing your socks off for a meal. I recommend this restaurant to everyone I can.

My fiancee and I have been regulars here for years, and I have to say this place has gone down hill. When we order our burgers (dine-in or carry-out) they almost always end up being overcooked. In the last week we have attempted to eat here a total of 3 times, with only one “successful” trip. Frankly, the only reason we gave 3 attempts is because we had a gift card.We attempted to dine in last Thursday evening, someone got our drinks right away, and 15 minutes later, we still had not been greeted by a server and ended up leaving.Sunday night, we called to do carryout. Someone answered the phone and asked if we could hold. 10 minutes later, we were still on hold. Needless to say, ate elsewhere.Tonight, Monday night my fiancee literally went up to the restaurant to order carry out at the bar, order a beer and wait for it. While he was there, he observed a member of your staff answer the phone, immediately put the person on hold and say, “To go orders are so annoying and take up too much of my time.” Keep in mind, my fiancee was sitting right behind the staff member, and had just placed a to-go order.Needless to say, we won’t be returning after this…
We're still not going into restaurants, and we love that they're doing carry-out. They didn't offer curbside, but it's okay. We love their burgers and fries. A treat any night of the week
