Wife and I went for dinner on 8/3/2022. We were fortunate enough to have Mason as our server. He was awesome!!!
The Worst Management! Our server, Natalie, was great. However, the manager Joe was a nightmare. Three of our four meals came out cooked wrong. The cooks made a mistake, accidents happen. We just needed them fixed. Our server was extremely nice when trying to get our meals fixed. But, the manager was severely argumentative. My brother received the wrong cut steak and it was supposed to be Medium but came out well done. Joe looked at the steak and disagreed. My sister in law’s meal came out over cooked and without all the toppings that come with the standard meal. Joe brought out her “fixed” meal with even less garnish and toppings. Mine was easy, a well done burger with onions, lettuce, and mayonnaise. It came out very pink/red. I’m sorry but I’m not someone that eats undercooked meat. I was very nice when requesting to have it fixed. Joe acted as if it was an inconvenience. Then brought my new burger back out without any toppings (no lettuce or onions) no big deal. I just pointed it out and asked for some. Joe “the manager” actually stood there and told me twice that he knew for a fact my previous burger did not have these toppings on them, even though he took it from the table. He basically insinuated I was lying. By the way, my receipt even showed how I ordered my burger. Joe has absolutely no customer skills. We weren’t rude or hateful about the mess ups, just asked for them to be fixed. Aside from our wonderful server, Natalie, the food and service what horrible. Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant.
Got sat down by the host, to never be noticed by a worker! I wouldn't recommend the dinning area at night. The kid waiters won't notice u. Walked up to the bar though and instantly got waited on, got my beer, and got to order, right away. Both male & female bartenders are very sweet and left them a big tip, for there generous hospitality. Waiters & waitresses, I will never wait be seated again in your dine in area, how do you miss 1 person sitting at a table! Will make sure all my tips go to the bartenders!
Stop then for some drinks and appetizers for my daughter‘s 21st birthday. Very friendly staff bartender came down and came advice on what drinks that she may like. Prices were very reasonable for this type of restaurant.
Had a fantastic time here! The food was great (especially the fries) and our waiter, Tyler, was incredibly sweet and attentive. We'll definitely be coming back thanks to him!
Server charged my debit card 3 times I have over 130.00 pending restaurant won’t help. It was her fault. How many patrons can afford to not have access to that much money manager not returning my calls the one time I got the manager. He told me I have to wait 3-5 days for it to drop off. Corporate refuses to help Won’t return
Our waitress was absolutely the best! Drinks and food were good as always!
Appetizers tasted reheated, chicken wings were pathetic from an under grown baby chick. Lol Food mediocre at best and expensive.
I ordered dinner for curbside pickup last night around 545pm, to be picked up at 610pm. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with loaded mashed potatoes and the classic appetizer platter. I arrived on time and clicked the I'm Here link. I called at 625pm to notify a second time. Three orders were walked out a few minutes later. The burger would have pretty good, had it been hot. The appetizer platter food was cold and hard, not recommended.
Ordered over the phone for pick up. Messed up our whole order and said if we wanted to correct it then we could come back for the correct order. We have 30 min lunches and that was not possible. The manager on the phone maybe sounded 18 and was a joke. He said he would send a 25$ gift card thru email and surprise surprise never got it. Will never go back to this place.
