You walk in on a bright and sunny day and step across the threshold into a dark, neon-fueled lair of good food and good drinks.The walls drip with blood and otherworldly colors and you hear the calming rhythm of psychedelic space-rock as you approach the glowing bar to place your order. The menu is large, yet easy to read and easy to find something you’d like.The food is delivered shortly after. I personally had a burrito and it packed a punch of flavor. Every bite was full of wonderful, exquisite harmony. The spice was balanced with the cool bite of sour cream. The savory taste of (vegan) meat was perfectly accompanied with fajita veggies. The drinks complemented the meals (and the NAMES for the drinks were even better!)I can’t recommend this restaurant more. Sure, you could get food to go, but why would you want to miss out on the wonderful spooky ambiance?? Please visit Terror Tacos. Then come back again and try something different. Then come back a third and a fourth and a fifth time.I’m not from Saint Louis but when I find a good restaurant that I crave I’ll drive insane distances to get there. Or I’ll stop in a city JUST to go to that place. Terror Tacos is my STL stopover from now on.
Awesome vegan food, super fun atmosphere. Was just passing through and decided to hit up this cool sounding spot and we were super happy we did! If we ever come through we will be back! <3 Metal, Horror, and Tacos. We got the Birria tacos and Birria Quesadilla. There is a huge selection on their menu I wanted to try it ALL!! Cocktails were a hit as well. ?
I don't think I can say enough about how amazing the food is here. Have no worries it is all vegan. Huge variety of bowls, tacos, burritos and crunchy wraps with many tasty protein options to choose from. They have bbq options too. Excellent location, wonderful interior decor, and speedy service. Don't miss if your vegan or even if your not.

The food was great! Good portions and super tasty. It was actually spicy and flavorful and they were able to make my items without cilantro. The service was... confusing. We walked in and nobody addressed us, we pretty quickly figured out we sat ourselves and went to bar to order. Except someone was hanging out and we couldn't get to menus. Finally we looked up menu online and was able to order. It did take a while to get food but they appeared to have a lot of to go orders. Our food was delivered to our table. I had tacos so I wouldn't have thought I would need silverware and neither did the server. First bite in, the entire bottom of the taco blew and toppings went everywhere. It took awhile to get a fork, as I had to wait in the order line. Overall, I would go back and maybe do to go next time. The food was worth the additional frustrations.

I thank God for their delicious vegan tacos! They were just what I needed to cheer up my day! The bartender was so friendly and helpful, it made my visit all the more worth it! I tried the Birria Bowl, Buffalufo taco and Folded Quesadilla. I loved the bowl and taco especially but it was all amazing! I would definitely recommend stopping at this location if you want phenomenal vegan tacos in a quaint and morbidly fun environment. Their decor was dark and festively spooky, I loved it! Try the horchata, you won’t be disappointed!
This is literally the best food I've ever eaten. Metal, horror movies, vegan, tacos, it's like this place was made for me. Food was fresh and came out quickly. The restaurant is very clean and has some rad seating options. Staff was quite friendly and a delight to speak with. I've eaten at a lot of taco places but this was hands down the best food and experience I've encountered. I'll be making more trips back to St Louis just to eat here again.
Absolutely delicious!I got a taco "fright" and was able to try multiple tacos. I really liked the carnage asada, but they were all worthy of ordering again.Fun cocktails and they really dive hard into the theme. If you like tacos and metal, you can't go wrong.
Everything about this place is awesome! The gluten free options here are great for people with Celiac or gluten allergies. The staff was willing to substitute corn tortilla for other options as well. The staff was really friendly & helpful! The decor inside is fantastic & they offer outdoor seating as well.
