Went for father's day with the family. We had posole, tacos, sopes, nachos, and a burrito. Excellent food, nice experience overall.
Authentic Mexican Food that is hard to beat anywhere else in St. Louis. It's definitely worth making the drive to eat delicious traditional Mexican dishes. I love this place! Even the locals love eating here too, and they bring their families.The food is made fresh to order, the waiters all speak Spanish and English, and the atmosphere is lively with sports (usually soccer) playing on TV. If you ever have cravings for Mexican Food, this place will definitely fulfill and deliver!
This little hole in the wall was awesome. Tasty food at a decent price. What more can you ask for?
When we arrived a long group of about 10 men were walking out...the last one out just let the door loose instead of holding the door open. Next we seated ourself at a table for 2..by the door. The waiter came and took our drink orders no frozen margaritas...but good bottled coke from Mexico...as well as Cold Beer. We ordered the Fajitas mix....food was bland no seasoning...beans cold with mozzarella shredded cheese thrown on top. Not melted...it was cold. No lettuce. Pico de ..yes...rice bland..no lemon to season the meat no cheese sauce just dry fajitas. The fajitas mix did come out sizzling but was less than medicore for a 19 dollar platter. No seasoning ni sauce no service...thumbs down big time.
Even without hot sauce the cabeza tacos were savory as they were soft. Delicious!
Everything tasted fresh and delicious. My husband loved his burrito and I loved my tacos. Some of the best authentic Mexican food I’ve had in a long time.
We ordered the fajita mix. This is the first restaurant I've ordered fajitas & lettuce did not get served with the Pico & guac. The horchata was great!
Really nice staff very authentic Hispanic food! I get carnitas at every Hispanic restaurant I go cause it's my fav obviously. Theirs are great. The salsa Verde is spicy & AWESOME!
Overrated and high priced. We ordered the giant steak burrito and steak taco salad. The food is complete mediocre, very bland, not seasoned well at all, and they are tight on meat portions. All we could taste was mostly the lettuce. They also charge extra for chips and salsa. Overall, very poor service and hospitality, complete waste of money. I would not recommend this place to anybody.
Excellent ? Place for ambiance, food and pleasant staff. My first visit won't be my last! Loved it! As authentic as you can get ??
