We were greeted as we entered the door. Food was good. With fast service. I had the Chicago dog and it was loaded and very tasty.
The food, drinks and atmosphere at Steve’s are awesome. It is fantastic and gun every time. You must try every hot dog and the different varieties of French fries.
If you're visiting from out of town, this place is the lunch destination for you. Lots of options (including a meatless dog for your vegetarian friends) with generous portions and delicious variations. Often does collaborations with other restaurants around town to make unique dogs, so it's great for repeat visits.

My family visited Steve's Hot Dogs on a Sunday night and we had a great experience. My husband and I shared the "Flight of Hot Dogs" which was a really fun way to try out lots of the unique combinations they have to offer. My favorite was the Backyard Dog. The staff working were very friendly and the service was quick. We'd definitely recommend if you're in St. Louis!
We loved the atmosphere and the food was delish! The mac and cheese on the hotdog was so yummy. Some restaurants ruin mac and cheese, but this was fantastic. Also, the best french fries I have tasted. We will be back soon.
