If they close at 11:00 instead of the 12:00 a.m. as posted on Google why doesn't the store manager or someone at steak and shake change the hours on there so people do not pull up in the Drive-Thru and say hello 10 to 20 times like I seen about 8 or 9 cars do and then drive off big waste of time. I got there at 11:05 and sat in the Drive-Thru line and didn't leave until about 11:30 after I pulled around to the pickup window for them to tell me they're closed. After reading the reviews on here it does not surprise me.lol

Drive thru was quick. Food was good except they forgot my cheese AGAIN for my fries. Otherwise went well overall
Ordered 2 bowls of chili and fries for takeout. Got to jobsite down the road. Chili smelled weird and tasted absolutley disgusting. Tasted nothing like it was supposed to taste. It had a sour chemical taste. Took one bite and threw it in the garbage. Coworker ordered chili as well and almost threw up after taking one bite. It took so long to get the food that it wasn't worth going back for a refund. Already used up entire lunch break waiting for food in the parking lot. Fries were good though.
The hours clearly say close at 12am ! It’s only 1120pm, im sitting in the drive thru no answer ! But I see a female at the drive thru window.SMH. Just pour service !
It was like noone there actually wonna to be there or even help the guest expect this 1 young man. Tall young fare skin kid, that was extremely helpful. He brought the food out, he came to check on us. He made sure my lil cousin had everything he needed, because he saw that he wasn't really into being there, he wanted McDonald's. The young guy, helped me sell the ideal of eating at Steak 'n Shake over McDonald's to a 7yr! I was visiting family, and we don't have a Steak'n Shake an more in Jackson TN, so it was to see it there. This young man is a 5 star employee working with 1 start coworkers. Didn't get his name, but wish I did. He's amazing!
The last 2 times I went, I got the Frisco Patty Melt. My patties were dissentegrated. There was no meat. Cooked too long or something.
I was awaiting a Door Dash order when a customer came in and told them they made her food wrong. They took the burger she had back, put the meat patties back on the grill, and added the cheese they left off. Right in front for the customers to see. SMH they couldn't even give the lady fresh food for their mistake. Wouldn't have surprised me if they were going to reuse the buns too after she told them the bread was hard.Door Dash order was correct though, and customer service for me was good, maybe if I hadn't witness that burger ordeal I could have rated better!!
I placed an online order. When my husband brought it home there were items missing. I had ordered 2 bowls and 1 cup of chili. I only got 2 cups, didn't get my cheese fries and the food was cold. I called the store and the man only gave me a bowl of chili yet I ordered 2 bowls and 1 cup. I recieved 2 cups. He wouldn't send a bowl and a cup for the missing ones and wasn't very professional about the entire situation. They will never get my money again.
Lobby open for doordash drivers only. Although we don't actually come in, we wait outside by the door.Order wasn't ready upon arrival but that's the case quite often with doordash. Manager who brought the food out with friendly and efficient.
