Always good here. These folks give great service and make good drinks!
Now I do go to Starbucks quite often (every 3-4 days). Today I had went to Starbucks and order the same as I always order the cookie crumble frap… 2 of them, the last 5 times I been there I specifically pronounce my order. I get the the window and look at this it’s wrong. The time the trans who works the window has had an attitude. This isn’t the first time either. I was approached by whoever at the window , manager maybe another coworker who cares. I said this isn’t the first time buts it’s the Definitely the first time I said something about the attitude and it’s the last time I say something about it. I said I did not appreciate the attitude because she/he can’t hear me, but an attitude when I say that’s not what I order then an argument is not how to handle your customers. I begin to call to talk to store manager 10 times. 4/10 times I get hung up on literally, the other 6 times no answer. I had enough with the location right now the street 2 min drive, last time I go to this location. With gas prices I’ll drive the extra 10 min to the next Starbucks who has the customer service customers deserve. I hope this staff on July 10th at 5:00 get what they deserve after i called corporate. Cal you’re a champ for helping me out. As of the staff at Starbucks on Chippewa, shame on you and you should let go the transgender who has a constant attitude EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Typical Starbucks. Great customer service. Great coffee. Especially Cam at the drive through window! The sweetest person ever.

We came here because the line at Ted Drew's was too long, but we waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and no way out! In that amount of time we could have had our ice cream
Horrible customer service. I ordered a regular cup of coffee and they wanted to charge me $2 extra dollars for oat milk. The total price for everything would have been $7 dollars for a regular coffee. On top of that the entire team was being very rude and disrespectful. I believe that should not be tolerated in any establishment very despicable. I will not be returning to this location at all.

Especially T, She's always showing her beautiful smile, always so delightful and you can even taste the efforts in her drinks?‼️ watch her with the whip canister, she can flip that thing like Tom cruise in cocktail. I knew it was meant to be when she said "What can I get started for ya?" ?
I know that it's going to be my word against theirs and outside of recording the cup leaving the baristas hands and the entirety of my consumption there's no way to alleviate any doubt that I fabricated this story but thanks for the nose ring/chunk of metal. Imagine had I taken off the lid and downed it. Didn't even notice this until I went to toss out my cup. Accidents happen and what not but really curious what sort of internal damage this could of caused. Hope it is just a nose ring and I didnt consume smaller shards of metal.
My main concern is that my boy used to work there. And ever since my boy doesn't work there anymore I would think that things went downhill. Let me know when my boy starts working there again and I will confidently rate 5 stars. I'll just rate it 5 stars for now thank u peace n love
