I’m a supervisor at another Starbucks location & just started coming to this one because it’s closest to me. The staff is incredibly kind, they stay busy, and always get my order correct (even though I have drink modifications). Thank you guys for being wonderful! ?✨
The staff at this store never gets my order right, name and they have a very bad attitude. These people are not nice the worse Starbucks ever!!
Great place if you just want to grab a quick coffee and talk with some friends I would definitely say it has a more higher traffic of social interactions interactions but it's still a great place and the coffee is absolutely amazing the baristas really know what they're doing
This location is almost always inconsistent with their drinks, no matter what I order.. as simple as cappuccino or customised order like cold foam ice shaken espresso with whole milk. It feels like I am drinking milk with a tiny amount of coffee for color only! I try to give them a chance every few months because it’s the most accessible but I feel dumped every single time! ???
There is no reason why I should be waiting 10 min after the time my order should’ve been ready for an online order. Customers that ordered in store were receiving their drinks before the ones that ordered online. I order my coffee in advance so that I don’t have to wait .
Arrived around 8:20am. The young lady who took my order was very nice, great customer service. The 2 gentleman she works with are rude.
Starbucks in the Delmar Loop is always a perfect place to stop by, especially on Saturday mornings. They have a rotating staff of very friendly and polite people who take and fill your orders perfectly and quickly. Unless something drastic happens, they will always have me as a regular customer. Thank you.
Staff was super nice, knowledgeable, and working hard. Long lines and lots of app orders coming in so it was pretty chaotic. It took 25-30 minutes to get our drinks but there was so much activity in the place the time went by quickly.
I went to pick up an order ( a coffee, a chai latte and a Turkey BLT). I was ignored for about what seemed like 5 to 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me. When they did I almost had to ask for a drink carrier but an intrepid young lady must have seen the look on my face and came to my rescue. I may hesitate to visit this location again. I like the company and there are many other sites I can patronize.
Ummm yes yes and more yes please, gimme dat caramel mochiblahblah and a sammich with a please and thank you and I'm a little bit more happy then I was before I got Starbucks..... lol its fire it's always fire ?
