This is one of my favorite locations. The baristas know me by name. Some times they are a little slow, but they make up for it with their great customer service. I haven’t had a bad experience here yet in almost two years of me going here. Thank you all!
I love love love love this Starbuck's. They are always professional and kind and sweet. They hire the best folks at this location. Thanks for making the neighborhood better! <3
FYI: This location will be closing July 3, 2022 for renovations and/or upgrades. See pic. If I do come to this location, it’s usually early in the morning before the rush. I enjoy sitting outside & the patio area is quite ample. This early in the morning, the baristas aren’t rushed & get my drink order right. I’ve had bad experiences at other Starbucks locations. Th…th…that’s all folks.
Today Chelsea assisted me with change for a 20. Her manager on duty was reprimanded her, while I was still in line receiving my order. I just want to thank her, for going above my expectation. They manager behaved just as expected. I did spend over 20 on my order.
I loveeee Starbucks. Addicted to the Frappuccinos. Never had bad service at any of the 3 locations I go to.
Management needs to step in during morning rush helping those young ladies get out the orders & not spend all your time bagging grill cheese you can have somebody new that just started do that while you float from the cashier area back to making drinks to get the rush down just lazy new management ASAP!
Usually this one is great but today my drinks were only partially filled, payed for venti but pretty sure I got grande. Ordered ahead on the app but there’s no place to make a complaint there. Bliss bars were still good
A favorite location of mine to visit, close to home and the service is always great. met with smiling faces and polite baristas
They were busy but still they were quick and friendly. It seems all the employees enjoyed their jobs.
