I love this location. Tons of seating, and the outside seating area was covered by umbrellas. Super friendly staff!

It's an average Starbucks, but the space is ample. The setbacks are not clean and too loud.

The best starbucks ever, I go here before going to work, the staffs are absolutely kind and good at making drinks.

Super rude. Ordered a frapp with no whip, watched the drink maker spray a bunch of whip cream in the bottom of the cup. It wasn't busy and I tried get her attention without yelling but she was ignoring me. When I finally did get her to listen, she just poured it in a different cup with no caramel drizzle. She didn't even look at me but I saw her role her eyes. She was blonde and chunky.

Horrible store...for the past seven -eight months they close the store whever they want at random hours , sometimes at 2 pm ,3 pm 4 pm etc .,when their website always says it's open till 8 pm...I went there a few times with a group only to be informed they are closing in 15 min.Whenever you ask them they they tgive the same excuse, that they are short-staffed or out of suplies and it will get fixed in a week ot two,but nothing changes..I have witnessed that several customers visit here only to find that they abruptly closed the store and the customers feel terribly disspointed, not to mention the volume of bisuness they are losing.,being situated in a prime location! Should be reported to Starbucks headoffice.Something terribly wrong with the management and people in charge!!!

Three stars as it said it was open but all locked up. Hmm. I am not a big fan of Starbucks but every now and then I want o e and to go out of my way and find it closed, well that just stinks.

I hate Starbucks, and one visit reminded me exactly why. I had walked all over the CWE looking for some rainy-day coffee on Easter Sunday. Starbucks was, unfortunately, my only option.I asked what they had that was minimally sweetened and the lovely hipster behind the counter said, "Uhh, black coffee." Oh yes, you are so cool, you coffee master. I could never hope to attain this level of chill. ? He did then recommend a plain latte, and I ordered a grande. $5 for black coffee and steamed milk. The foam was so thick on the top that the coffee couldn't cool and the Splenda I added couldn't reach the bottom. It wasn't pleasantly thick, to be clear. It was the texture of mashed potatoes. 0/10 do not recommend.Awful jazz was, of course, playing. I managed to snag a window seat, put on my headphones, and ignore the fact that I was at Starbucks for the duration. Thirty minutes for my coffee to reach a temp cool enough to drink. Went to use the restroom on my way out. It had a keypad lock, which is super friendly to the neighborhood, not at all classist and messed-up. I headed to the counter and before I could even get there, an entirely different disgruntled hipster shouted the bathroom code at me. Good job with the secret password, buddy. One star for decent coffee.

Love the coffee but the service is suffering lately. Staffing I’m sure is the reason for the drop in service but the drop off in customer service is unsettling. I waited 10 min for a grande coffee. The young lady at the counter was by herself and overrun with orders. I know the CWE is low on workers but a better system is needed to account for that.

Typical Starbucks, clean and neat, good service

Nice location, very friendly staff, accommodating hours.
