Give yourself time if you go to this location it can take 30min on average to get through drive thru.
I dont like this location been here a few times and seems like it's always bad service. I ordered a venti drink asked for a straw. The girl by the pickup window looked over and gave me a small straw. So I say hey I have a Venti drink can I have the longer straw. She looks side to side and says unfortunately we're out of the longer straws. She didn't even make an effort to look else where for a straw. Thank God there's a location on grand n Park I stopped there and got what I needed and this isn't the first time I had to stop and grand n park because grand and Sidney location is horrible.
Ordered ahead only to be forced to sit in the drive thru line for 13 minutes because the inside was closed. Food was cold and wrong, both coffees were wrong and the worker at the window was beyond rude. We go here once a week because my daughter enjoys it but I’m glad school is coming to an end so we can hit up actual good coffee shops around us. I order the same drink every time and it never tastes the same. Do yourself a favor and avoid.
Coffee was great! Service was friendly but slow. Our hometown Starbucks is much faster.

They always mess up my drinks. Lady working drive through with tattoos is Extremely rude. I rather have a robot helping me.
This is by far the worst Starbucks location in the city. They’re always out of syrups and milk. The drive thru is ridiculous and you’re basically stuck in it if they don’t have what you want to order.
