These people were so so sweet this morning. I put my order in to the wrong location and they were happy to quickly make my order and it was so quick. Very very happy.
This place is a "No go". My friend loves Starbucks and we usually attend the location on Maryland in the Central West End, but we settled for this location on a different day. We ordered (2) Matcha Green tea lattes which is a regular purchase for us. While waiting I noticed none of the workers had on hair nets and I spoke about it to my friend as a bothersome to me and SURE enough after leaving the store with our drinks, I noticed a piece of hair trying to enter my mouth while still being half-way inside the drink...EWWWW

It's Starbucks, so everything is overpriced. But the service is fantastic and the mocha was delicious

I feel like they are doing the best they can with the current issue of getting supplies. My coffee is generally consistent but lately the food products are lacking. I understand being short staffed with Covid but I am finding that they have been closed all together for days at a time.
My drink was made incorrectly, my fault, I brought it back 2 days later. She remade the drink to order. Legendary customer service. Say what you will it's worth the $$$$ ????☕☕???
Line moved quickly and the 2 people I dealt with were over the top friendly.
