Service was ok but had a long wait. Staff was friendly but didn't seem to know how to make the beverages. The house bacon egg and cheese sandwich was mediocre compared to the normal starbucks menue. Not ideal for anyone in a hurry.

It’s a good place to hang out specially the location it is in beside the arch. A refreshing drink adds to it.

Nice people but policy isn't aligned with every other Starbucks no refills for any price on iced teas ..
Made drink wrong had to remake it, didn’t get the food items correct had to reorder again..

Near my house usually pretty packed
Very nice and convenient to have a Starbucks in the hotel but it would be nice if they were open later in the afternoon. They were sold out of some of their breakfast sandwiches by 7:30am and had quite a long line all morning -- it's great they have so many customers, but it'd be nice to see them better prepared to handle the rushes!
