I have to say I was unpleasantly surprised at the unprofessional and less than polite staff here although my drink was up to par.
This Starbucks was open during the snowstorm.
I love this location they are very fast and friendly and typically get you in and out when its really busy...as much as they can..BUT they put too much water in their oatmeal. I know this may seem petty but I mean I am a loyal customer. Oatmeal is supposed to be thick and filling not runny like soup. :( I did call and let them know but if you plan on ordering oatmeal make sure you check the container BEFORE you leave!
Always good service but Always out of multiple items/ingredients. Good luck finding a lemonade anything here, regardless of the season. Tried to order a Carmel apple spice and they’re out of the flavor syrup etc
Finally, the drive thru didn't have 20 cars in it, so I decided to order my favorite, a caramel crunch frappuccino... I drank it with my gas station tuna sandwich, they were both bland, SOGy, and yuck and this drink cost 7 bucks.
The drive-thru line is usually crazy long, but everyone that works there always has a great attitude.
went here earlier today. the women at the drive through was super nice and friendly :)
I ordered from my phone, went in and used the restroom which was exceptionally clean, and then it was ready. This is a very cozy comfortable Starbucks but the drive-thru can be crazy so be careful where you park. I was blocked in and was fortunate someone let me back out of my parking space.
