The nicest Starbucks in all the land!While waiting for payment to go through the baristas ask you how your weekend went or how your week is going, and they always seem to be in a good mood even when the drive through is backed up.10/10 will continue to return.

This review is 2 years in the making, this place is the worst. If you order on the app prepare to wait 10 minutes after you drive there from your house, order inside…? Prepare to wait 20min, I order iced coffee. They close early when they want to, putting up sharpie written signs in the door and a-frames in their drive through notifying you that even if it says their open online, they are in fact closed, again. They close their cafe when they feel like it, forcing all new patrons to use the drive through even if there’s already customers inside, the new people walking up just have to kick rocks. They are constantly short staffed and most of the staff that are there move without any sense of urgency like there isn’t an entire drive through and lobby waiting for their order, they act like they’re doing you a favor being there like you don’t pay $5 for coffee. I was so excited to move to this neighborhood with a Starbucks so close but honestly it pains me. There are some really good employees in there and I feel bad for them because they likely have to pick up the slack for their coworkers that obviously could not care less.

I work in Shrewsbury & choose to come to this location because of the service. Every time I have came it has been great!! Love the employee's. Today I went and had amazing service. BUT when I took the first drink of my refresher, I choked on a piece of saran wrap/plastic feeling. I'm fine but it caught me off guard. First time I have ever had this experience.... don't want it to happen again. I have a picture of the piece I choked on. I put it on top of my cup.

Went through the drive tru at 6pm (they close at 630) and no one came to the speaker: we then drove to the window and the person working just stared at us and continue to sit down at a table with her friend and didn’t serve us.

They were open during the blizzard of 2022. You would think they would not be there or open due to the 12 or 15 feet of snow we were supposedly going to get. No they were there, going strong and pumping out coffee like it was nothing. They are the real MVPs!

So tired of this store….constantly closing early…. Hours on website say open till 6:00 and they are already closed at 1:00?! On the weekend! Many times! And today as I was pulling up to the drive thru… not even noon, 11:55 am, a worker ran out and placed a sign right in front of me, and he says sorry we’re closing at noon! I’m like really… you’re kidding me? No I’m sorry! Infuriating! Terrible!

They are never open when they’re supposed to be. For example if the hours posted are 5 am yo 3 pm, they close at 1 pm and don’t tell anyone ahead of time. Or they just close completely. Today is Sunday Jan 2nd. Their posted hours state they close at 1 pm but it’s now 1130 am and they are closed. No explanation, no advance notice. Nothing. Hard to keep loyal customers like me when you do this kind of nonsense all the time. Boo!!!!

I understand hours being adjusted…but I got there at 5:05pm and the sign said 5:30pm. The doors were locked and employees just stood there. Not great service.

I will say even though this Starbucks is out of my way, I come here regardless because of the staff! They are the ones that keep me coming back! There's always so friendly and polite! They all show what customer service should be all about! My dog loves the pup cup you give him❤️ If your looking for awesome service and always hot drinks or cold with a great breakfast menu I would highly recommend this place!
