HORRIBLE!!!!! I spend $4.09 every day seven days a week for coffee at this establishment. Normally they’re very friendly and courteous but today was the third time I ordered a coffee, as I do every day on my mobile app, when I showed up at the door it was locked. I looked at the phone number and called them as I stood outside the door with another gentleman trying to get in to get my coffee. I spoke with the manager who rudely said I needed to wait in line with the others to get my coffee. I said I’m not waiting 30 minutes for a coffee I have a meeting to go to which is why I use the mobile app for convenience to get my coffee quickly. She was beyond rude and said Sir you’re going to have to wait with the others . I said why is your mobile app allowing me to order coffee if I can’t pick it up? She said I’m sorry maybe I should’ve turned that off. I said yes you should’ve now bring me my coffee please she said Sir I’m not bringing your coffee wait in line with the others. Not a way I want to start my day I will never go back to this Starbucks again. I’m going to start using scooters and I recommend you all do as well.

After my doctor's appointment, I was hungry and went to my " go to " coffee house. A barista on break was outside and we chatted about the great weather.Then I got an iced tea (in a new Starbucks Grande beverage container) and egg white/roasted red pepper breakfast treat. I was tired and not really at my best. The man serving me made great recommendations, kept me apprised of the status of my order and brought it to me when it was ready.

When I was handed my order he looked at it very weird so therefore that made me want to investigate and there is actual dirt or food in the bottom of my refresher. I get no strawberry scoops so it could not be that. Just kind of gross

Me and my sister went here today, and ordered. It was fairly busy, so we waited a little bit. Then when we got to the window, they gave us what I ordered, and then the same drink but in the smallest size. It wasn't even a mistake in they accidentally made it, because the sticker literally said that it was part of a completely separate order

Drive through moved fairly quickly. Super polite staff. Food is warm and tasty!???

Ordered a Grande Caramel Apple Spice with no espresso, and unfortunately ended up with a Apple Crisp Macchiato with espresso and milk. A bit disappointed when driving away and discovering this. Could not go back to change the drink since the line was too long. Doesn’t help when ordering a drink without dairy, yet still receiving dairy.

My favorite place to get my daily coffee fix. Employees always has a smile for you. Even with these stupid masks.

My online order was ready quickly today so maybe it's looking up for this location. However, this location never has matcha drinks and I love matcha drinks. This location has given me cold in the middle ham and cheese croissants several times. This location messed up one of my online orders, made me look up my receipt like I was lying, and then show them that I was missing my items. I was late for work and would think they could have looked up my order without me going through all that. Anyway, I had to come back for a replacement later because they weren't stopping to help me and I had to get to work.
