I’ve been here four times and I won’t be back. It is consistently bad. Today, I waited about 20 minutes for my small tea and ended up leaving without it. Something is obviously being managed incorrectly. In the times I’ve been inside, there is one person working and literally between 8 and 10 people standing around doing nothing. I assume it’s because they are training new people, but they must not be able to keep employees because they’re always training new employees, yet they never have anyone to work. There’s always at least 100 boxes of inventory in the middle of the store that no one is making an effort to put away. Every time I’ve been in they’ve been “out” of one thing or another, but because everything is boxed in the middle of the store, you can see brand new boxes of what they’re “out” of. On the days that I have gotten my drinks, they’ve been made incorrectly or are just not good. I do not recommend this Starbucks.
We waited for 40 minutes and after patiently waiting that long I politely asked how long he thought my drink would be and right after I asked him he made an announcement to everyone not to ask and that he was going as fast as he could. Then don’t take 40 minutes dude! The day before you forgot our drink! Excuse me for asking on Mother’s Day! I’m a mom and we had places to be. I guess I deserve that on Mother’s Day of all days??!! Get your act together Starbucks!
Very frustrating to have one drink made of 3, watch her do another 2 orders, do the second drink, then do a couple orders, then finally do your third drink! Also sprayed water all over me with no apology just a look like it’s was my fault standing by pick up area after my name called for third time. The gentleman who took my order was very friendly n nice but the lady making them by pick up was the exact opposite
Dear Erlinda, store manager.Please empower your employees to say "yes" more instead of NO, WE CAN'T DO THAT!There is nothing more frustrating than hearing that first thing in the morning! Nothing. I come to Starbucks to get my day started right with a cup of coffee the way i want it. Isn't that why you are in business?Please get with the times and show your employees how to say YES to a paying customer that asks for a Bulletproof Coffee! That is an actual thing and you as a leading coffee shop in the country should be able to accomodate that. Don't make me list some competitors that already have that on their menu!!!Do better!
Fave Starbucks area imo. They can get a little bit busy and crowded with the cars lining up all the way to the road but, it’s totally worth it because the customer service and the baristas are always friendly and exceptional. Always my go to spot even if it’s out of my way to school and work.I always get the flat white almond milk with a little drizzle of honey. Sometime when I feel great I get it with whole milk.They always make it just the way I like it and it’s extra hot with double cup. I double the cup because I like to keep the drink warmer for longer.All in all, this is one the great Starbucks locations who always care about their coffee and most importantly, their customer service.
Well, we've been waiting here for a good 25 minutes. There are 14 mobile orders waiting, cooling off, or ice melting, workers are super chill, Manager just took his phone and went to the bathroom. Guy 2 places behind us got his. Employees are flirting with each other and customers. I know the Fenton branch has things figured out.

There is a newer barista as of a few weeks ago, she has been doing great since day 1- extremely friendly and prompt, I think her name is Michelle! Shoutout to her for always keeping her cool when there is a big rush.
Unfortunately this is the closest Starbucks to where I live and it’s upsetting. The staff lately have been unprofessional and unwelcoming.There’s a reason people go to Starbucks over other places that serve coffee and that’s for quality items and to be respected.This is only the tip of the iceberg.Hours lately have been all over the place and it’s unclear when they are actually open.I understand there’s a staffing shortage but you can’t use the excuse forever.Don’t come if it’s the weekend. You will be wasting a hour in the drive thru line if your lucky. And if your passing by be careful of the traffic that’s always disrupting S Lindbergh Blvd traffic.
Stopped by for the first time today and went inside - the staff is AMAZING. Hardworking, so pleasant and friendly, and as quick and efficient as they could be with the massive amounts of drive thru orders coming in! Fantastic service, wonderful attitudes and lovely atmosphere. I’d highly recommend this location for the service alone! Thanks so much, and a special shout-out to Jordan who was working this morning! Thank you all, I hope you get a pay increase this year because you all deserve it - keep up the great work!
