This is one of my favorite Starbucks . I love the pistachio frappichino. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family .

A worker spent 10 minutes ordering for herself and talking. While I was in line and trending to my baby, another worker got in front of me and took forever to order. While I was ordering, the second worker came up, cut me off and asked for her sandwich to be warmed. The worker who made my drink was awesome & kind.Thanks for carrying this cup, I love it

Just wondering if there's a way for my mobile order to be refunded. I'm not sure why the store would be accepting mobile orders if there's a sign stating the store is closed from 5am-10am. Although I placed my order at 12:15pm, the doors are still locked and there are employees sitting around in a meeting. Those employees who are just staring at the people waiting outside. Very inappropriate and unprofessional.

This used to be the best starbucks in the st.louis area. A year ago I would've gave them 10 stars. It was my favorite, I usually ordered multiple times a day. The last 6 months or so they've gone downhill. I get the same thing everytime and somehow it comes out tasting different everytime. I'm not sure what changed but the quality is definitely not what it used to be.

I feel drunk from the kindness That the front register worker named Lydia shares with everyone she speaks to. We need more people like her in the world speaking to people. I leave with a full cup of coffee and a full heart to share with others!

This location is always slow and behind. I understand staffing is an issue right now, but if that's the case, turn off mobile ordering. Waiting 30 minutes after you mobile order for 2 coffees and a microwaved sandwich is ridiculous. Every. Single. Time.Take the extra 5 minutes to drive to the Arnold or South County location.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!They care more about mobile orders then the customers waiting in the store. I shouldn't have to go up and complain twice about the hot chocolate they some how forgot to make for me. I finished my breakfast and still didn't have my hot chocolate..How hard is it to make a hot chocolate. Not 20 minutes and it was terrible!

Conveniently located across from the hospital and with fantastic baristas.Only thing that sucked was the non mask wearing locals.
