The coffee and brownie were delicious. The staff were friendly and most accommodating. I’ve always enjoyed my experience at a Starbucks but this particular store was just plain unkept. While there was a steady flow of costumers it really wasn’t super busy. I never saw anyone standing around doing nothing everyone was hustling to keep things moving. What caught my first as I went in the glass doors needed to be cleaned desperately. As I opened the door I was greeted by an mounded up overflowing trash trash can.I’m not sure if there was a staffing problem or what but it would have taken someone five minutes to correct the problem. This is a management problem. Make your business inviting as soon as your patrons arrive.Since I met someone there I know this didn’t happen from a rush or a bus because they said it had been that way for just under an hour that they knew of.I’ve never seen it like this before and if I’m greeted by a pile of trash again you’ll loose this customer.Anyway thanks for the great coffee and friendly service.

Asked to get a warm croissant. They gave it to me in its packaging…my latte came halfway full and it tasted like water. So sad.

This is my Starbucks of choice. They are one of the only stores now where you can actually expect a modicum of customer service and that your drink will be consistently correct. The parking lot can be a hot mess, but that’s not their fault.

If you want over priced coffee that’s not even good with brainwashed, mask wearing, booster loving, liberal snobs… this is the place for you. Starbucks Corp picks and chooses freedoms and personal choice. Just another “woke” corporation.

I was at the drive-thru on South Lindbergh February the 19th of this month and gotten my step-son a ribbon cappuccino I have gotten a roasted white chocolate the girl at the drive-thru charged my card twice the amount was $11.45 and then someone try to play a manager as Travis hung up on the phone with me so I am not pleased and I would never go back there again or recommend anyone else to go there and I will appreciate a manager that knows what they're doing to call me back at 3 14 346 6009 and my name is Amanda

Such great baristas and attitude here. They made a little mistake with my drink - not all the shots were present - it happens. No biggie.So I brought it to the baristas attention - he apologized kindly, read the mobile order label and remade it to perfection. Of course he let me have the existing drink. That’s typical.But … while I was sitting inside, doing work, like we all do, he walked over with a small cup with the additional shots in it and said, in case I wanted to add it to the first drink so I could enjoy them both!Yes please!The reason for the review … I’ve become accustomed to great customer service with Starbucks. The apology, remake, letting me keep the other drink - par for the course. Starbucks is great like that.However - today I needed a little extra kindness. You see I’m here working at this Starbucks because I am waiting on my mom to get out of surgery.So for him to not know, see me, think about something small and easy he could do to make my day (or anyone’s day) just a little bit better - while also not letting a drink go to waste … that’s amazing.Thanks “⭐️ Nick” (name tag) - appreciate it!

The service was quick and accurate. Anna a customer service lady was nice. I would recommend this location.

What a wonderful crew working here. All Starbucks should model staff after this location. Especially the Rolla location

Ordered a hot latte, was given an iced latte. They remade it and didn’t put the right syrups in it. Also, no drive-thru and limited seating still. I sat outside. Thankfully it was warm enough today.
