Always amazing coffee and the barista was very attentive and friendly
Flawless drive thru experience. I am a Starbucks partner myself and I was thoroughly impressed. The gentleman’s name started with a J (I don’t remember his name) but he was so friendly and made great conversation. We love friendly baristas!
I’m always standing at the handoff plane here trying to flag down one of five to seven employees who are intentionally ignoring me to merely get one of them to hand me one of the straws they now hold for ransom behind the counter. If speaking to your customers or even acknowledging that one is standing there giving you the “please help me” is too much to ask, don’t expect a tip from me, and maybe you oughta just put the gosh durn condiment bar back already! The icing on the cake is the giant wet coffee stain on my vintage shirt I got this morning trying to get a barista to look me in the eye because the entire handoff plane is wet and dirty. Some days, I come in here to pick up coffee for other people, and there will be 25 people mulling about with hangry looks on their faces waiting for a coffee they mobile ordered all the way back at their house. AVOID
Never had a bad experience with the barista's here and my drinks are always made well.
Drinks taste good, but attention to details are often lacking. I have had several times where my add ons were not added on and other changes were not made :( Other than that they have a nice drive through and get your order to you in a timely manner
They open at 11am, not at their posted hours on the door. I arrived at 10:53 and instead of helping me out w a small black coffee a few min early they made me wait. Terrible customer service definitely will never be back
It's a good thing Starbucks is on every corner because this location sucks. Rude service. Pick another location and hope it's better.
Very nice Starbucks. Good atmosphere and friendly Team. Thanks.Wish the organization overall would come up with alternative solutions to many stores running out of long straws but otherwise still Love my daily ice coffee. Still bummed they quit carrying sweet and low so now I try to bring my own.
Didn't take long for my drink to be ready when they were super busy that morning. Great staff!
This place is run by somebody who is either lazy, mentally unstable or both. They seem to close whenever they “feel like it“. Today is Saturday, October 2, 2021. Google says that the store is open. There is a line in the drive-through. There are people sitting outside hoping it will open. But there is no manager and no staff inside. They do not care enough to even put up a note on the drive-through speaker, or change their hours on Google. I will be calling Starbucks customer complaint line and suggesting that they replace the management for the store. I would appreciate if you all would do the same
