You drive up and place your order from your car. The food was good. Tripe was crispy and tender! Portions were good. I recommend this place.
It is 5 star BBQ, and I don't eat BBQ outside of memphis, texas, or st louis. The pulled pork is slow cooked and full of liquid. You need that memphis bark on it not a puddle.... 5 stars... and splitting hairs.
Horrible they gave me very old meat that crumble apart we spent $⁷5.00 $75.00 Dollars the rib was old that crumble off the bone u couldn't eat we camed from deep south st.louis to get old meat the sauce was good n so was the snoot the people has Nastyattitudes esp. The women the tip you just couldn't eat it what a waste we always ate here what happened
I use to love this place then they changed the men to women fixing plates and they give e you very little for a higher price. Now the quality of the food was bad. The shoots and tips burnt bread was old. I really wish change back cause I really liked this place
The Rib Tip is great the meat is really Qued and not boiled..I really only eat my Q but this was good. Customers just need to know how to maneuver their cars and trucks on such a small lot. Will eat there again..
TERRIBLE SERVICE!! And the owner KEN did not honor the refund he promised due to poor quality food. I ate at this place several times last year. the food was pretty decent. I did a luncheon last weekend. 9 out of 12 people advise me not to go to St Louis Q. I hate so bad that I did not listen to them. the food was terrible. the ribs taste like they came straight from the oven. the rib tips were so tough one of my customers he got choke on it. barbecue sauce with watered down. the potato salad tastes like it was made with instant potatoes. it had so much sugar in it you can see a glaze on top of it. I called and spoke with the same person that took my order (Ken the owner) and told him how bad the food was. he was very apologetic and told me he would give me a full refund. I told him I will be by there on Friday to pick up my refund. when I got there he told me he could not take a full loss and his son told him he shouldn't have never told me that from the beginning. in the end I am the one that took the loss. he offered to give me $70. we got into a short confrontation. after passing a few words I went on and left because I was getting too upset. When I checked the money he gave me it was only $65. I am really disappointed in his service. if he would not have thought of me before refund I wouldn't have expected it I was always told a person's word is their bond. He will never have to worry about me coming back again. it is so hard trying to patronize some of "OUR" people.

Very good BBQ some of the best in the City of Saint Louis. The meats are always smoked to perfection and hot. I would recommend this BBQ to anyone.
I truly enjoy the cuisine at eatery. Good job to the staff. The location is cramped, the parking gets clustered, but the food is plentiful per portion.
Didn’t get potato salad I paid for ,and bread was wet and soggie without any bbq sauce on it as if it was frozen… yuk
