Thought the pizza and wings were pretty good first visit so I decided to visit again for lunch on a random Monday. There was literally one other customer in the whole establishment. I waited a whole hour for my food, only to get home and find my lunch pizza order was completely wrong! Called back because I couldn't return immediately (working) explained what happened. He said just come back and we'll get it corrected. I asked did he even want to know my name, he said no just tell whoever you talk to what happened, that we messed up and ur here for a replacement. Huh? Didn't sit well so I decided I'd take the loss, but husband wanted it resolved so he went up there. Replacement was worse than original, so now we get it. They didnt want our business. Message received.
Very quick and polite service, pizza was awesome even after a 20 minute ride in the car. Wings weren't too hot or saucy.
Oddly enough, we did not get pizza. We only got a few wings in an appetizer sampler, though they were quite good. The sampler also had mozzarella sticks, toasted ravioli, and rangoons, all of which might have come from a bag, but all of which were apparently prepared with diligence, and were fine.We got a BLT hoagie, a chicken salad (iceberg lettuce), and a couple of double bacon cheeseburgers with fries. None of it was what I might call "fancy", but everything was consistently good quality and tasty. The only mistake in the whole order was that since my wife isn't a fan of cheese, I asked for the cheeses on the side. She got the parmesan (which she wanted) but not the cheddar (which she did not).I recommend if you just want good, basic stuff. We'll be trying the pizza soonish.
The baked pasta was really dry, driver pulled up with my order and got it out of his trunk??? I work for Imos, I would never put a customers order in the trunk. Lady on the phone was nice, but the food wasn't anything special.Have had better success with the pizza from here.
They have amazing pizza, but customer service could use an improvement. The woman making pizza in the back must not realize customers at the counter can both see as well as hear her rude self.
St. Louis Pizza & Wings is a great little restaurant. While not offering a lot of indoor seating, they do have a decent sized outdoor area. The food is great. Having gotten carryout a multitude of times, I can say they care about their food and their customers.Everything is always packed solid and is still hot after a long drive home, even in the dead of winter. Again, food is solid quality food whether you are eating their pastas, fish sandwich, pizzas or fries (which I just got this last time and were some of the best fries I've had in a long while). Their prices are low and their local flier has some good deals on it.While not living in the neighborhood, I frequent it often and had to pick stuff up on the way home super late at night. They are as quality and inviting at 10 minutes to close for a carryout as they are at 5pm.
This place is one of the best. Always great service, delivery, and delicious food. LOVE IT.
Food was good, they have gluten free pizza crust which I greatly appreciate. Food was made fast
I was so hungry Monday night but I was also broke. I'd just gotten a new menu from St. Louis Pizza & Wings left on my door. They have a MONDAY MADNESS deal. Medium one topping pizza plus any item under 7.99 for $10.99 the best part is, it's not a lie. I got a med pizza & 4 chicken tenders for about 14.87 after all taxes & fees AND that was delivered within 30 minutes. The food was hot & so good. I'm grateful for their Monday deal & the quality of the food. THANKS for feeding me on a budget guys, I love y'all.
Everyhing was great
