Waited just to get all old food the fries were hard and had no potato in them,, chicken wasn't fresh, very soggy ... confused cuz I heard a microwave in the back when making my food and I ordered fish fillets, chicken and fries... very disappointed won't be back had to throw my food away and fix something else for dinner

Ehh I called in to place an order and I'm told it'll be ready in about 15 minutes. Ok great, thank you I say. I'm 22 minutes away, so that's means my food will have sat there for seven(7) minutes. I can walk in, pay, say my thanks, and bounce. I get there, I say what my order is and the kid goes in the back. 3 minutes later, he comes back and says 10 minutes..? ok cool, no problem. I check the time, it's 18:55. There was a gentleman standing waiting for his order. He didn't get his order until 19:05 so I'm thinking mines should be following up right? You would think so, I check the time again, it's now 19:15. I'm like sheesh what's the hold up?? I just walked out, told em I'm good. Never should have taken that long.

The service and pricing was nice but the food was not. The breading is blend and the sprinkle everything with plain garlic salt.My kids made themselves peanut butter sandwiches in lieu of chicken nuggets or wings plus fries they ordered.The shrimp weren't terrible but the mozzarella sticks weren't cooked through and the mushrooms appear to be canned.
I ordered through door dash. Didn’t even get what I paid for. I was under the impression they was black owned but Nooo these are incompetent aliens who has food on the menu but don’t send what you order. If you don’t have it why is it on the menu. However I’ll never order again I will tell everyone else I know. Rude service. Nasty old fries, sent me a chicken sandwich instead of a a cheese steak then charge the same price.
