Just always messing up orders. Not once has an order been delivered with all items accounted for. And the customer service is LACKING. “We can deliver the missing item that you paid for but, we don’t like to do that and we aren’t sure you’ll receive it in time.” Huh??? Ridiculous.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DO NOT FULFILL ORDERS AND DO NOT CORRECT FOR THEIR MISTAKES. I ordered delivery. When it arrived, part of my order was missing. I immediately called and asked for the missing items to be delivered. They said they would; however, after 2.5 hours of waiting, I had to call back. At that time they said I could pick it up or have a refund. I again asked for it to be delivered, as I was unavailable to pick up, hence why I ordered and paid for delivery. They refused to have the remainder of my order delivered, in spite of it being their fault, and insisted my only option if I still wanted my item was pick up. This was also the manager who said this.It is frustrating that they messed up, but infuriating that they wouldn't correct or make good for their mistake. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PANERA IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT YOUR ORDER.
$31 to get my food thrown in the bag unsealed, fruit that was on its last leg and my melted "frozen" drink. Everything went into the trash. Never again.
The complaint here is that the ordering system isn’t great.I ordered in person a week ago and had great service. Today, I ordered on the kiosk at the front and my order got lost in the shuffle. Waited 15 mins and realized my order wasn’t even started. All I had was a toasted bagel.So again, this is on the ordering system and how management trains their workers to prioritize orders.
Gotta love arriving at 10:55, having the employees stare at you until 10:58, to then tell you they won’t sell you a breakfast sandwich because “breakfast is over.” Super rude staff -do not recommend. The place looked dirty too.
The service and the food were good. The store looked a little run down, especially the cracks in the seats.
Great job feeding us after our long trip from Kansas City. Excellent food too.
Its a normal BreadCo, nothing special, but whatever you do, if you just have a small order DO NOT order on the app. It's not worth your time. Without fail, every time I order online, the customers in the store are served first. And if you ask, they will usually direct you to the "Online Order" area (where your order is not). If you are just wanting a meal for one or two, just go in the store.
Ordered our food at 3:25. There was one couple ahead of us in line (and when they got their food, something was still frozen). At 4 pm, they told us they were closing. Still didn't have our food, and there were at least 7 people 'working.' I asked if we would be expected to take our food to go, and she said yes. We are traveling and are not eating soup and salad in the car. I asked for a refund, and they lady popped open the drawer and gave my money back in all 5s. Also, some dude was using a booth as a personal place to sell cell phones or *something*.. super shady.
The worker Jorge is great and very attentive to customer service
