Once again they did not put what I ordered and paid for in my bag. How much money do you think they are making this way? People are paying for items they don’t receive some grift they have going on. Hey why don’t they take that money and pay for a good chef to come up with better menu items? But no, let’s offer more disgusting pizzas and salads. It is like they are purposefully trying to put themselves out of business.

I ordered on the app and hoped to grab my order in drive through on my way home because I had a sleeping toddler and infant in the car. The associate was incredibly rude and refused to serve me. I insisted and another associate was also rude but said she would bring it out if I pulled up. She handed it to me without my drink and was rude about it. The drink wasn’t worth the hassle of having to deal with her. When I got home I realized the order was wrong. It was a very simple order and I even tipped $2. I worked at a Panera in Colorado for 2 years, was even a certified trainer, and we were taught to serve the customer and always to make things right for them. I’m surprised that in St. Louis that this is how they train their staff. This could have easily been a 5 star review from a grateful, tired mother but instead, I won’t ever come back to this location.

Our order was perfect. We used take out and had no issue at all. It was a little pricey but food is pricey for a family of 5.

This place just lost a sale again because an item is sold out (broccoli cheddar soup). Here’s some insight on how to run a business, when an item is popular, stock MORE of it!

My order is never right. Always missing ingredients, or leaving ingredients in that I asked to not be included. I always regret it after I buy food from here. It’s pricey for never getting what you actually want and order. Last time we ordered it, we were both missing our sides to our meals and just received the soup. This is the worst Panera I have ever been to. Never again.

Glad to have finally made it to "Bread Co" after several years of slumming it over at Panera. Food was great, service was quick but I would have expected a little faster considering the time of day and seemingly low volume of orders. There's two racks (one for delivery and one for pickup) but they're on completely separate sides of the restaurant, so I'm glad I was nosy and poked around or else I would not have known RapidPickup was in the back.

I took a friend to an ATM and she hadn't eaten, but also just had dental work. I asked if she wanted something from The Bread Co. She perked up and said yes and that she could get some soup. I personally haven't had Bread Co in 3 years. I remember it being really good.?

The quality of their food has gone wayyyyy down especially the bread…. French banquette especially… horribly dense and not crispy like it used to be… flat bread pizza is great but don’t get it at the end of the day unless u like it cold and the little bit of cheese glued to the box . Like I said it used to be good

I took my daughter and granddaughter to the one on Chippewa the sandwiches were fresh and good even the pickles were crispy We really enjoyed our meals. The drive thru waitress got our orders correct I wish I got her name.

I asked four times where my flatbread was and I didn't get it until 50 minutes later and when I finally got it this lady with gray hair told me to never come back. Worst customer experience I've ever had in St Louis
