I went to grab lunch and the food was great, but the lady that was ringing in my order at the register was rude. I didnt want a drink and told her that, then after she was done ringing in my food, she proceeded to follow me to the fountain area to make sure I didnt get a drink. I am pretty sure she did not do that to anyone else in the store. Definitely targeted.
the food is okay, y’all always out of stuff and the lady charged me for a large bowl when i said small bowl multiple times…like what. hella annoying ??
I've been her maybe 10x in past 12 months. Not once have they had everything they need to make any of the sandwiches I've ordered. People taking orders are generally unpleasant. And God forbid i order a dozen bagels in the AM. Guy complained for 5mins straight he had made up 8doz already that day.
4/13/2022St Louis Bread CO/Panera - South County CenterI would give 0 stars if I could.I work close to this store so it is convenient to stop in on my way to work for breakfast. I come here often and usually don't have issues, however this is not the first time having issues with ordering a Four Cheese Soufflé.There is nothing worse than being hungry, getting a notification that your food is ready only to stand in the store waiting 10 minutes for the food (it was ordered for Rapid Pick Up). I finally spoke to someone and then being told there isn't any available but they'll be ready in 14 minutes. "Would you like a Spinach and Artichoke Soufflé or would you like to wait?" No I do not want to wait, I have to go to work. No, I do not want something else, I want what I ordered!! REALLY!? This is not the first or time this has happened. Apparently someone needs to review orders better and not mark orders as being ready when they're not; maybe let the customer know the food item is not available? I'll find somewhere else to go.

If you order delivery from here, there’s a good chance it will show up incorrect. If you call to notify them that your order is incorrect, they will not answer. Then if you inconveniently drive to the store, they will admit they don’t answer the phone on purpose. Great food, poor customer service.
We have ordered from here a handful of time and they have forgotten to add something about half the time. It really defeats the purpose of ordering out of I have to drive back anyway. Tonight, I'm sick and didn't want to be in public, so we paid for delivery, but I had to go back anyway. We received an apology for the $5 wasted on delivery again. Probably done eating hereAfter looking at more reviews, apparently this is a super common problem here they just do not care to correct.
Always good food, careful when pre ordering or getting delivery if someone else takes your food... They dont care and wont remake it or refund your money. Kind of like thieves. But the food is good when and if you get it.
