Unfortunately they cannot get delivery of my orders correct even though I am two blocks away. No issues with the food I do receive but the delivery contracted through Doordash is hit or miss. Mostly Miss as they are constantly bringing me incomplete orders. I call they offer a credit for the missing items and I wait a few months and try again only to have the same issue occurring. I tell them they need to change their delivery process but clearly that falls on deaf ears. You would have better luck foraging in your yard for breakfast than using their delivery service. Again no issues with in person visits when I am able.
Every time I go, this location is out of romaine lettuce and tomatoes. There is a grocery store right down the sidewalk so there should be no excuse. The first time it happened, I thought ok. It's a one off. But this location consistently has this "shortage".
The employees here were so nice. They were all so pleasant and helpful.
Quality has gone way down. Tables were not clean. Pickup for food is right next to the outdoor tables, so exhaust fumes from the vehicles overtake the outside experience.
Love their souffles but lately they haven't really been making them, if at all which is the only breakfast food item I eat from there. Been disappointed to say the least since they're one of only a couple breakfast places near my house.....
To the older gentleman who took my order, you are amazing! You sir, were the perfect example of how customer service should me. During my order you made sure that my food was the way I wanted it. Asked if there was anything else you could do to make my order better. Thank you. Thank you for being one of the select few who care when someone orders food. If the younger generation could do the same, the world would be a different place.
Broccoli soup does not have any broccoli in it almost all cheese. They gave you two turned off the cap and 1/3 is empty.
