great spot for drinks and apps...we arrived at the end of brunch so service was a bit rushed...enjoyed our choices nonetheless
I love it here!Came for a wedding and so glad we did.Drinks were well made and an incredibly reasonable price at the bar.Food was exceptional! Even something as basic as mashed potatoes was so well done.Staff was all incredibly nice with lots of smiles.Charming look and design. The annex area was gorgeous as well.Absolutely would love to come here again for food or for a drink.
SqWires is in an old wire factory, which how partly how they picked the name. Always good food. The goat cheese dip is a winner. So is the bread pudding. Reservations are recommended, but they take walk is.
It was our first Saturday brunch here at SqWires. It's a super cute restaurant that has its own small little shop inside. The food was pretty good and our waiter was knowledgeable and patient. Our party of 8 did not like their sausage at all. It seems like its made in house, which is a nice thought, but the taste is off. But the pancakes, eggs,bacon, and French toast were good. They also make their own donuts as well. The kids at our table didn't like those either but the presentation was nice. I'd definitely try this restaurant again and order different dishes.
Overhyped brunch place. The food is heavy and average. Nothing surprising. I ordered the shrimp omelette and it was okay (but then again too heavy) my bf ordered the benedict eggs with beef and the meat wasn’t fresh. Service was fast and the ambiance was nice (they had a live pianist).
Great ambiance at brunch. There was live music (piano), and the service was fairly good. Took a while to get coffee refills and the check. The French toast was delicious though.
We just went for brunch and had a great time. They have a piano player and great atmosphere. The food was prepared well, we had eggs Benedict and pancakes. We sat at the bar because the place fills up super fast and had amazing service up there.
I booked Sqwires for my rehearsal dinner on 1/7/22. We rented a private room for 24 people. First of all the food is delicious. They even went out of their way to accommodate my gluten allergy and made sure I had plenty to eat. The bartender that was assigned to our party was excellent and creative. The waitresses were amazing too. The sales team was always responsive to my questions and they made sure our night before the wedding was nothing but wonderful and memorable. I live in NY so planning an event from out of town was stressful but nothing went wrong and I was so happy that I chose that restaurant. Guests raved about the event for days !
I typically love the food here, however I ordered online due to the pandemic and they have no idea how to work their online orders. First, they don’t know that a delivery service powers their orders, even the manager had no idea. So our food was never delivered, I ended up going to the restaurant to pick it up myself. I finally got a text from a delivery person 2 HOURS after my order was supposed to be already delivered asking “did you pick this up?” After talking to the delivery service, they said the restaurant was in charge of all refunds and they would not do anything for me. The restaurant has all of my contact info and still has not issued a delivery refund for 2 weeks. Still waiting for any contact.. Don’t suggest any online ordering until they figure out their system.
